I had stay with my family on 4th june'25.and found So horrible experience. Staff are non cooperative perhaps I had booked double bed ac room online through make my trip. Waiting time at counter was too long. Wooden main door of room was of so chief quality. Room was so dirty especially bathroom. Water tap of basin not work properly. Flash of toilet was also defective. Shortage of water supply. During 16 hrs. of stay about 5 to 6 times electric power interrupted. Tissue paper/napkin was kept at table of so so dirty of long period. Mirror was not installed for female friendly where she change her dress comfortably, it was only for saw face. Only bedsheets, towels was clean and good. Location was excellent. Food was so bad. All chicken was waisted. If you will give order of chicken by different name from menu but you will got same. No cable recharge for TV. Not recommended for 2nd times. So sad and bad.

I am very sorry to say this, I am regular customer of your hotel from last 2 years. But now your management is totally fail as I have feel. No cable recharge, no proper work gizer , no combode shower etc ...and your charge is not up to mark condition room. Now in this condition ,I m coming regularly ( approx 10 days in a month) due to surjit behaviour and his service....just feel seceond home ...... Lastly I say that, it's not worthful as per room condition & all amenities. If u give me your whatsap no then I can send so many picture.....
