This hotel has the worst employees. I was attending a wedding of a family friend. The staff is extremely rude. They don’t know how to talk to the guests. A guest complained of water logging in the sink, the staff disrespected that guests. Even the rooms were extremely dirty. No housekeeping staff was there to clean it. No amenities were present for the price we paid. Not even a mirror or bucket/ mug or a generic soap for handwashing. Even the AC rooms had fixed temperature of 24 degrees. The receptionist was the most rude staff. I wanted to extend the stay by a few hours so that i can rest before my train. I was willing to pay but the receptionist dismissed me saying that “I’ll not let you stay even for 1 extra minute, just get out of my hotel” and this is because some guests complained of uncleanliness and dirty bathroom with clogged sinks. I’ve been travelling to a lot different cities and stayed in multiple hotels. But never once I’ve encountered anyone this rude and disrespectful. WORST PLACE TO PLAN A WEDDING OR EVEN FOR STAYING. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR SELF-RESPECT AND MONEY.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was unprofessional, the cleanliness was poor, and to make matters worse, they demanded money before the checkout time. Rooms lacked basic amenities like geysers and many were unfinished. The service was subpar, and the staff displayed an unfriendly attitude throughout. The management was utterly pathetic and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Worst hotel experience ever. Please don't book this hotel unless you want to waste your money. Very dirty bathrooms. No doormats or storage spaces, no mirrors in the room...staff is also useless. Management is completely zero. You can visit this hotel if you want to see a MONGOOSE, it keeps running here and there in the hallway.

My visit to Hotel Vinayak was unfortunately marred by a series of disappointments that significantly impacted the overall dining experience. The initial promise of a swift service within 30 minutes turned out to be nothing more than an empty reassurance. Upon entering the establishment, we were met with polite staff who assured us that our order would be promptly attended to. However, as time passed, it became evident that there was a significant discrepancy between the promised timeframe and the actual service provided. Despite the staff's initial commitment to our order, we found ourselves waiting for almost an hour without any sign of our requested dishes. What added to the frustration was the apparent lack of coordination and communication among the hotel staff. The disconnect was palpable, leaving us wondering whether our order had been forgotten or misplaced. Attempts to inquire about the status of our order were met with vague responses, further exacerbating our frustration. The ambiance, which initially seemed inviting, lost its charm as the minutes ticked by without any resolution. The prolonged wait not only tested our patience but also raised questions about the restaurant's efficiency and customer service standards. While the restaurant had the opportunity to rectify the situation by providing an explanation or even a simple apology, there was a noticeable absence of proactive measures to address the delay. The promised commitment of "whatever you want" within 30 minutes was not only unfulfilled but also left us feeling disregarded as patrons. In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Vinayak was characterized by unmet promises, disorganization, and a lack of responsiveness. Such instances undoubtedly cast a shadow on the reputation of the establishment, and I hope that they take steps to improve their service and communication to prevent similar disappointments for future patrons.

The minimum amenities aren't provided here. No tv, no gyeser , even you dont receive lock on doors for the privacy concerns . There is no room service available so foreget about it. The basic facilities aren't available of hotels , apart from a room with A.C . I would say the ambience is good at entry and as well as restraunt.

This was the worst hotel experience i ever had . And dont go for the 5 star review . We booked the hotel about 2 months in advance for our stay for my brother's marriage that was on May 16th . But on 13th may when everyone came to the hotel , it lacked even the basic facilities like washrooms,electricity , fans and what not. When we complained the hotel owner threatened that he wont return the money back and won't let say stay at the hotel either. When we thought of complaining he again threatened to beat us if we complained and even called 10-15 of his henchmen. But we anyways complained and it was only after the interference of district administration that he (unwillingly) areed to set up a few washrooms and ACs . Then on the night of 14th may he stopped the generator that stopped the functioning of ACs , and all this was done at 2 am at night . It was very hot out there and few of our older relatives felt suffocated, in fact one of our uncles fainted due to heat. When we went down to reception to complain , the manager and few of his men manhandled us and threatened to throw us out at night . There's a banquet hall opposite this hotel . U can ask the guards that on 15th May, about 50 of our relatives were sitting outside the hotel since 5 o clock in the morning till 7 o clock jut to beat the heat as it was suffocating inside the hotel without any fan. And dont go for the positive ratings . I can see at least 3 of the reviewers who are the staffs of the hotel and were present there when the staffs and manager misbehaved with us. This is , hands down , the worst hotel in Ara , if not in bihar .

Most third class hotel. No power back up. If current goes you will need to stay in dark . Argumentative Manager who says he can do anything whatever he wants as he is Owners Relative . Just one advice to hotel owner ! If you are running hospitality business try to give respect to your guest and teach your staffs how to host.
