Poor management by staff....the catering team was not serving food properly.The manager was not able to manage the premises properly and was not having knowledge of how to conduct a function properly. 1. The decided theme for engagement was not fulfilled, manager was not having any idea of the decided theme. 2. Pathetic Rooms- not having mirrors installed in the rooms. If you guys have made a Garden and included garden in your name for your hotel. Just use of the facility. The look was worst. 3. The facility is not equipped properly, they don't have a installed PA system. So, for music arrangement they will bring that 3rd class woofers, No Air conditioning system. 4. The management is so poor that the catering department hadplaced the Food inside the hall and water 80m away. 5. The chairs placed in my function was been told that it's new, but was not matching with the rest of the sofas. The place will take approximately 5yrs to get a name in Arrah. As, there's lot of problems in the facility. So, if you are planning your wedding or engagement in this hotel...I would not recommend this at all.
