Reception staff/Gm Not cooperative. one day I couldn't reach due to Raily and traffic. I already inform 12 hours ago but they have no extended my stay. my money wasted without staying

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at Mastiff Ara. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and I must give special mention to the restaurant manager Mr. Vikas Kumar, who was absolutely brilliant in ensuring everything was perfect. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the dining experience extra special. The food was excellent – well-prepared, flavorful, and served with great care. The entire staff was courteous and attentive, making me feel very welcomed. Overall, a highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Mastiff Ara to anyone looking for great hospitality and delicious food.

The hotel was extremely comfortable. We feel lucky to have found a place so wonderful in Arrah. The staff is very courteous and makes you feel at home in every way they can. They even got fruits and other requests immediately upon requests. The rooms are absolutely clean and very spacious. I highly recommend anyone to stay here for work or leisure.

It is a very clean and well maintained hotel. The staff is courteous and cooperative. The food is amazing. Thanks to all staff, esp. Mr. Laxman, who made my 2 weeks, stay very comfortable.

Best service, neat & clean hotel in Arrah district. I recommend this hotel for stay to all corporates & business class people. The class and service of restaurent is really stupendous. Food quality and restaurent service under supervision of Chef Mr. Laxman is very much commendable.

Good service food good | Family One of the best hotels in Arrah. Room quality is good, breakfast is ok, staff behavior is also very good 👍 specially Lakshman sef they are very sweet and helpful, I stayed there for two days,I will definitely come next time. Rooms: 5/5 |

Hii I have celebrated my birthday here and staff behaviour was very good and the whole machaan was feel expensive and food quality are also very good and the view point I also very good
