Compare to the tarrif the services are very poor. TV was not functioning. Though the room was clean but the warmer was very dirty. In wash room they have not provided sampoo and body wash lotion, instead one lifebuoy soap was provided by them. Reception lobby too was shabby. One can understand the standard of the hotel. The tarrif for the room was 2800/- and after discount paid 2500/-

Service was quiet good and very well organized but only that tgey have to impove the charges of restaurant because the same food offering on zomato was quiet reasonable and the price difference is very much in that. The quality of food is good specially burger it taste to be awesome. The staying facility was good enough. Only some of the staff is asking for tip not at last from the beginning to the end whaen they do any of your work asking at last is very good and acceptable but again and again it just irritating me.

Overall it's a good hotel to stay and on the ground floor you will find KFC as well so those who love KFC, will enjoy spending time here.

Once upon a time it used to be a good hotel. But not anymore. My room was without TV. Flush not working. Wish after renovation things should improve. The space this hotel has will put many hotels to shame. The same case is with location. Situated on main road at a prime location near Tilkamanjhi Chowk. Sorry state of affairs. The two waiters are very good no doubt about that.

Howsoever they have renovated the restaurant with good ambience, but the food is pathetic, we ordered paneer tikka sizzler, the paneer was stale plus they served panner gravy curry with kulcha on a sizzler platter. Then i ordered veg burger, the mayonnaise in the burger was smelling like hell. Please don't visit unless and until you want food poisoning.
