This hotel has 2 buildings. Tower 1 is good in all aspects. In Tower 2 also, rooms are good, but SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. There is a mobile number for room service. They Occasionally respond. Food or even tea coffee comes from Tower 1. It takes too much time, if at all order is accepted. Menu also will be as per their choice, not your. No one is there to hear any complaints on either phone, Whatsapp, mail.. anything. They are not bothered. EXCEPT HORRIBLE ROOM SERVICE, EVERYTHING IS GOOD. ITS A GOOD HOTEL, IF YOU DONT NEED ANYTHING IN YOUR ROOM.

Bihari thaat Absolutely loved this place! The decor is on point, with so many Instagram-worthy selfie spots that'll make your feed pop. The sofas are super comfy, and the color scheme is vibrant and fun. But what really impressed me was the food - every dish we ordered was delicious and presented beautifully. The service was also top-notch. If you're looking for a spot to chill with friends, grab some great pics, and enjoy some amazing grub, this restro is a must-visit! 5/5 stars.

Very arrogant staff. Rude and non professional. Not worth going. Very poor quality food. Very negative ambience, no service at all, completely wastage of money. One of the worst hotel I have visited in entire India. No responsible person present in management.
