Hotel maya residence

Maya Residency is a good hotel near Bhagalpur Railway Station. It is budget friendly and also has facilities. The hotel has lift and RO water. And also high speed wifi.

I am chess player went their to take room for my chess match days. If there was option of low rating I would have did the same. I am using it's just neighbour hotel aastha wifi to rate that worst. Hotel maya didnt have any service quality nor water nor wifi Or TV but they charge for all ammenities. Believe me it's really worst🤬

Hotel is in the hotspot of city everything major is in reach from here within 15-30 minutes of travel. The services are okay to say. Attendants are courteous and very helpful but the way they talk might be sometimes a little rude. Rooms are good but not good for 4 people in a room. It will get a little congested with 4 people in a room. Also the mattress didn't justify the money they took for, they should increase the quality of the mattress. Cleaning of the rooms must be improved as the Wash basin were red because of spitting of paan and the tap of the basin has also become discolored. When someone from the adjoining room(s) opens or closes their door it feels like the room you are in, is being opened; same goes for knocking. *A big-big negative* because it disturbs even when one is sleeping. No parking facility. No elevator facility. If electricity cuts no backup for the AC and Television. Wi-Fi speed is very bad either because of low quality router or the service provider. Bathrooms are not fitted with exhaust fans which makes them humid . Pricing of rooms are high when compared with other cities in the country. I have been to some of the major cities in India where they charge ₹2500-3000 for a 3 star AC hotel but they are charging ₹1800 for a 120 square feet room and 30 square feet bathroom, with Air Conditioning. Also, they have trust issues so they might bother you for the money on the first day maybe because of the experience which can be seen in the other review replies.

One of the wost service I ever seen. Bad customer service by representative/ bad behaviour. Dirty washroom. No cleaning in 18hrs. No towels. No handwash. I asked for cleaning 3 times but they ignored. Even I said him to change my room but they didn't help me for the same. I'll recomend don't go there. High price/bad service.

Small room and no water service,while power cut olny light will blow not fan, rate was too high 800rs.. Iam not satisfied

We stayed here 5th Dec and very bad experience.Some associate of this hotel threatened us and ransom money and owner supported him.we feel insecure and in afraid we have to pay them....

Me and my Family Stayed and their one associate abused us, threatened us and forcefully collected extra money from us.if you like to be looted,insulted and abused welcome to this hotel.
