All the staff is very good, room service is also very good. And the location is prime, it is very easy to go anywhere, whether by train or bus.

Room's are nice, neat and cozy. The overall atmosphere is good. It's 5 minutes walking distance from bhagalpur junction. All thr oher services are good. Food service is slow and not upto the mark. But a good stay near station.

Very mediocre place Breakfast was horrible and cockroaches on the table where bread was kept. All in all give it a miss.

Overall this hotel has a convenient location being within walking distance from the railway station. However the prices seem a bit steep considering the quality of the accommodation. The presence of their own restaurant is a plus as it provides flexibility for guests. The rooms although spacious lack cleanliness which is a notable drawback. Moreover there are some issues with the availability of hot water in certain rooms and the elevator is out of order. On the positive side the hotel does have a generator to deal with the frequent power cuts in the city. ~ drafted using AI

Room was ok ok ....room service was ok ...reception was not at all welcoming .......my car in their parking lot got punctured ...one staff said that he is sending someone to help u ... Nobody came to help ... I managed my own .....my family was sitting at reception ....after repairing puncture I came with my car and called my family ... All luggage was lifted by my family and I loaded all in front of them ....they didn't bother to come for help... ...they are not at all customer friendly .....only coming to u for tip ....though overall hotel premises is ok but I will neither come again here nor recommend anybody

Telivision never worked. Has good Wi-Fi Food is average Lift bit problem Room service very slow Low cost with clean bed sheet is really appreciateable Washroom not maintained. Hand shower is very hard to use. Flesh in the commode is sticky you end up gallons of water wastage. The wardrobe and room has bunch of small cockroach. Hey babe one night stay at the rate.

Worst customer service, we have business executive room and hotel simply provided executive room, meal was booked in package but simple meal was given, which was too much oily and spicy, RO water given instead of pakage water, while check out bill was not provided
