The appalling conditions of the room, with torn bedsheets and foul-smelling blankets, coupled with the absence of room service and a malfunctioning lift, made our stay at the previous hotel extremely unpleasant. Furthermore, the unjust demand to vacate the room at 6 AM, despite being charged for a full day's rent, along with the receptionist's refusal to allow departure without full payment, highlighted the lack of professionalism and customer care. It became evident that staying on the street would have been a more preferable option than enduring such substandard accommodation. In stark contrast, Hotel Tathagat in the adjacent building offers an entirely different experience. With impeccable rooms, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere, it stands out as a haven of comfort and hospitality.

Dirty room with torn bedsheets and smelly blankets. No room service and almost broken lift. They asked our driver to vacate the room at 6AM even though they charged full day rent. Receptionist said owner is not here, you will have to pay in full otherwise I won't let you leave the building. It is better to stay on street rather than staying in this hotel. The next building is Hotel Tathagat, which is totally a different world in comparison to this hotel.

The lift was not working when My family and I arrived,we were told that the lift is not working. Our coach guide also argued with him that, 10 days back when I came u said the same thing. The guy at the reception is very dumb, there were many old people along with us, he gave us the keys of 5th and 6th floor, when 2,3rd floor rooms were available.

ZERO STARS. Most underwhelming meal I've had in my entire life. It's a shame that the organisers had the audacity to tell you "take your money back, don't eat" This place is a shame in the name of hospitality.

This is great place if you are looking hotel at cheaper rates. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness is maintained. Another added advantage is that it Mahabodhi Temple is at just 300m. The only problem is hot water. The water supplied is not hot and could be a reason of concern during winter.

The Hotel is the best hotel in at this city, Enjoy magnificent views of the Black Sea and merge with the horizon at the Infinity pool. Superior rooms & service. Spa and Entertainment. 5-Star Hotel experience. Few steps from the beach.

Hygiene : not up to mark Location : can't reach at hotel with car , overall below average Staff behaviour : not up to mark , old equipment with no maintenance at all. Book a room and regret . Personally suggest : never go to this hotel

Buffet food is not good at all. They are charging 100/plate but food quality and taste is very bad. All food items are tasteless.
