Hotel Garcia International

We stayed here at this hotel just yesterday and regret it for the life. Stay here only if you want to be mis treated. We stayed here with a tripple occupancy room and my sister who lives nearby wanted to use washroom so she came for hardy not even 5 mins, and the guy I guess so called Senior Sir with name Abhishek, he was literally shouting on me and asked me to get her out immediately and was not evening listening to a word. Not just that, even the room service staff, so damn rude. So rude, only if I was in mood and had time, I would have created a scene, but it makes no sense. I live in Delhi, mostly stay in 5 stars, nobody ever misbehaved. Even if there is a problem, there is a way to talk and behave with your customer. NEVER EVER STAY HERE, Mithila is known for humble behaviour but this hotel, its ruining it all. If you think there are not many options, well, you could find plenty of them, better ones with cheaper prices. Dont risk your stay with their rude, rather goon staff there. If the owner is reading this, YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO, if you want your experience better.

Great Experience and Excellent Service! I had a fantastic stay at the hotel—clean, comfortable, and well-managed. A special mention to Shalini, the Front Office GSA, who was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Her welcoming attitude made check-in smooth and the overall experience even better. Highly recommend this place! And specially mention about the Miss Shalini.

Worthless hotel with worthless service. They charge prices as high as 5 star hotel and do not have standard of even a 1 star hotel. Rooms were smelly and unhygienic. Washroom was dirty. Did not even care to provide basic amenities like dental kit or slippers for room. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They will only provide one drinkable water bottle in hot june weather and do not have any facility to provide regular RO water and would charge extra if asked for 2nd water bottle. Alaa what to share about their breakfast spread. One should avoid at any costs. Pure waste of money. Extremely poor quality and hardly 3 or 4 options to have. Would prefer a dharmshala rather than their stay ever

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was a highlight of my stay. However, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but the dining experience could use some improvement.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Food was very delicious and freshly prepared. Amenities are fine for 3 to 4 start hotel. Staff was polite and supportive. No problem of any sort faced during stay.

Wrost ever 5 star hotel Behavior of service staffs are very rude, slow and poor. Quality of food are also not good. Although the location is quite comfortable for transit travellers being in the vicinity of airport and bus stand, it needs improvement to sustain considering lots of such facilities coming in near future

Visited Hotel Garcia during early lunch hours on a Wednesday. Tried their cold coffee, butter naan, & handi paneer— everything tasted great. Service was timely, staff was polite and helpful, and the ambience and hygiene in the dining area were well-maintained. I didn’t stay at the hotel, just dropped by for lunch — but based on that, it’s a solid 5/5 experience for me. Regarding negative reviews: I respect other opinions, but I personally didn’t face any such issues. Connectivity is excellent — the bus stand is barely 5–10 steps away, and the airport is within 500–600 meters. Being at Delhi More, buses and autos are easily available. Tip for travelers: Avoid arranging autos directly from the hotel gate — fares tend to be inflated. Just walk a bit and catch them from the main road for a fair price — works in most cities I’ve visited too.

I had a really good experience at Gracia International Hotel. The staff member Rajni was very nice and humble. She treated us very well and gave helpful suggestions regarding food and everything else. She served us very well and her nature is also very good. She is a really good staff member at the hotel.
