Capital O 87376 Hotel Shivam Inn By Clovetree

Very bad management. I booked this buy OYO during BPSC exam...when I reached to counter they said no rooms available ,we can not provide you room. After contacting OYO customer service and property owner I got a room...for this I had to argument & teach them rule for about 1/2 an hour. During checkout they gave me a bill of tea which I had not ordered...again I had to wait approx 20 mins for bill clearance during checkout. Room quality and cleanness was not meeting standard as per money charged. Very bad experience. I gave 2 star to their servicemen for good behaviour and alertness to their duty.

The hotel owner and online service provider (Oyo rooms, Trivago, booking etc.) where cheating people and making fool to everyone who booked online. This hotel is only for couple entry who stay only for 2 to 4 hours. "IT IS NOT FOR FAIMLY STAY"

Bhai log bhul ke v iss hotel ko oyo se online booking nhi krna iss hotel me booking karne me baad jane par additional charge mangta hai aur bolta hai dena hai to do nhi to jao. tum to uss time majbur rahoge aur paise dena hi pdega majburi me ye log costumer ke sath dokha krte hai

Brother, I have forgotten that I am not booking this hotel online, after booking this hotel, additional charges are asked for it and I am told that if I have to pay then do not go. You will be forced to pay time and money. These people cheat with the customer under compulsion.
