The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. When I asked for extra towels, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience. Customer service is clearly not a priority at this hotel. "Beware of hidden charges not clearly stated when I booked. Very misleading. My stay at this hotel was the worst experience I've ever had. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I finally got to my room, I was horrified to find it filthy—there were stains on the bedding, dust everywhere, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, the room had a terrible odor that made it difficult to breathe.Throughout the night, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises from neighboring rooms and the street outside. The walls are paper-thin, and it was impossible to get any sleep. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, making it impossible to get any work done. Additionally, the breakfast was a joke—stale pastries and watery coffee were all that was offered.To top it all off, when I checked out, I was hit with unexpected charges that were never mentioned during booking. I brought these issues to the attention of the management, but they were completely indifferent and offered no solutions or compensation.This was an absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

There were some issue with geyser. But hotel staff provided me hot water in a bucket that solved the issue. Hotel staff was good location is near to muzaffarpur station

Worst experience of stay,I booked online from Goibibo after reaching they told me for wait because hotel staff like receptionist person was busy in cash customer for more profit,my booking was online for deluxe room but after waiting they told me that if you are single person for stay then I will send you single bed room but my booking was for double bed,I denied,they told me for wait rooms are busy ,I wait after waiting approx 50 mins from 12 pm,they give me groud floor room last left side room ,I think room no was 1008 ,that's room lock was broken,if I want go outside rooms not locked staff saying I will watch this is not ok,several times told for towel and bedsheet and water,no room service.very worst experience,never stay in this type of hotel ,they are cheating only
