Attended a marriage function from groom side yesterday night.My experience was very bad.The waiters & Manager at sweet stall do not know how to act with groom side guest.Their rudely behaviours fed up my mood. However they were serving only jalebi which merely cost 150/kg they are highly unprofessional.Hope management inquire in to the matter.

We had a wedding here and the experience was not good, we had booked banquet and lawn with 10 rooms since morning, they kept denying water to guests before 6pm, snacks were running out of stock and guests were waiting for 20-25 mins, waiters and staff were asking for tip for small things like switching on lights. Their staff stole a mobile phone from our room and the management didn't co-operate to provide CCTV footage, we had to wait for 3-4 hours, then they shared footage and got phone back, guest had to go travel without phone, they don't have enough parking space, AC in rooms don't work so overall not a good place.

Ambience 5/5 Service 4/5 Food 3/5 Attended an engagement ceremony here. The banquet hall is big and looks quite good. The stage is grand. The hotel rooms are tidy and of apt size. The service was okay. The food was average, nothing out of the extraordinary and few cuisines could do better. The decorations were nice. The washrooms needed a bit of maintenance and cleaning up. Parking space is available at the entrance.

Went there to attend a friend's reception. No issue of parking space and the hall is spacious. Good arrangements. Liked it.

We planned a wedding ceremony of my brother in law. The staffs were so careless and arrogant. After barat reached the place we asked for drinks, but denied at 8PM. The day was very hot and we badly needed it. They started arguing with my husband very rudely. They denied food after 10:30PM for couple of family members who were looking after the other guest. Felt cheated. They ruined the entire event. I strongly recommend not to go for it if you are planning for an event here. I just now realized that all the good ratings are given by their staffs themselves to cheat people. You can imagine how cunning they are.

veg foods are good but non veg not so good. top floor cool place but during winter they should have some heater or bonfire arrangement if they are opening it. i was there on 29 Jan it was shivering cold and feel uncomfortable. but this place look awesome and sure very cool during spring or summer.
