Hotel O Heaven Inn

One of my worst hotel experiences ever. I’ve booked the hotel for 01 night on 18th July from MMT, but within few hours I left the hotel due to the unhygienic conditions of the room & rude behaviour of the staff. ||When I arrived at the hotel the staff denied my booking by saying that they don’t have the classic room at their hotel which was mentioned in my voucher and asked for extra amount for upgrade the room category in Deluxe. After a long conversation with MMT they paid the extra amount directly at the hotel & my booking got confirmed. ||But once I reached my room I was shocked by seeing the condition of the room. I called the front desk & asked them to change my room as it was not clear & the ac was not working. As usual they denied that they didn’t have any other vacant room in their hotel so I decided to leave the property after paying the full amount.

I stayed at this hotel and, it was the worst I've ever been to. I booked it through OYO, but when I arrived, the staff asked me for extra money equal to my booking amount. I had to pay it because of an emergency. The room was dirty, and the bed sheets and pillows were not clean. There was no geyser, and the toilet was not clean either. It was a terrible experience. I also had trouble finding another hotel because i have paid amt to OYO and no hotels wanted to accept booking from OYO these days. Choose wisely!!

Worst hotel I have ever seen . Receptionist was friendly but still they ask for extra money even I had payed it all before . there were condoms in bathroom seems like a red light area. room was dirty there were cockroaches spiders roaming here and there in hotel room

Dirty rooms, rude staff, and unbearable noise made my stay a disaster. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy sleeping in filth and dealing with unhelpful service.

Worst ever hotel you will find in Patna. They ask for extra money and when u resist they call the local goons. Vibe isn't secure at all. People use the rooms on hourly basis as if some red light area is being operated here. Never ever book a stay here..SAVE YOUR LIFE AND VALUABLES..sleep on Railway station bt, not here.

Never ever even in your wildest dream stay in this cheap hotel. I have no personal vendetta with them I'm just saying this from my personal experience. The staffs and managers here are downright fraud and crook 😡😡🤬🤬 They open your room in your absence with duplicate keys and steal your valuables. They did this with me and they can do it with you too. You have been warned. Stay here at your own risk.

Don't book through oyo in bihar . They are just doing scam. They asked to give more than the price you booked through app. And when you call oyo customer service they will assign new hotel and there also story is same.

Very bad, they are charging more than the Oyo price. Because I have urgency that's why I paid the higher amount as per the Oyo price, also room was not cleaned properly and washroom also
