Rooms are very good . Service is very good. Location is at main road opposite of Paras Hospital.so it is at prime location. Hotel is at 4th Floor and lift is available. It is very safe for family. Price is also very good compare to nearby hotel considering the ambiance and facility. Tariff is Rs.1500/- approx to Rs.2000/- as per room size. Nearby locations:- -Opposite of Paras HMRI Hospital -Near Ashiana More -Near Shiv Mandir, khajpura -Nearby Multiple shopping mall like Pantaloons, Reliance trends, Smart Bazaar, Kolkata Bazaar etc.

Behavior of staf is irrelevant.boy and girls staf Behavior is baad.they does not manner. Kindly see hotel owner I was good customer of your hotel ...I will never visit again also never recommend to go this hotel. Kindly convert hotel owner.....

Don’t go for the property 1. The Behaviour of the staffs is very bad and rude. 2. after repeated asking only they have provided water . 3. We will be harassed if you book by Online. 4. Water is not available in the bathroom. 5. They have mentioned room service 7am to 10pm . But if u ask for anything 8 in the morning, they will say it will be available after 10 am . 6. AC didn’t work properly. 7. Room lock system is very bad ..

Very hypocritical people work in it.These people do not even pay the bill. This is a very bad hotel, no good service is provided. Even after booking online, money is demanded here .

Very cheap looking place. The staff is super rude. The place even looks very shady. Would not recommend anyone to be there. Also, it's on 4th floor, and the lift is often stuck or is just left open so if you want to avoide carrying yourself and your luggage to 4 flight stairs every single day, AVOID this place.

Linen dirty,Towels very hard,no room amenities,No restaurant.Foods order they get from outside....AC problematic..Single chairs only..Telephone out of reach of bed... Pillow old and dirty,No mosquito repellant..very hard to sleep in room...Hard mattresses.. Wifi good,staff good.

One of the worst experience of life that I introduced with hotel. I have booked this hotel for 3 days when I first visited Patna with a Patient. But when I reached to hotel and talked with the reception they denied us to give a room, although I have paid the all booking amount in advance. Moreover the hotel attendant are so rude and told us that they can't do anything in this matter.
