OYO Flagship 65956 Hotel Arihant

Personal opinion The staff does not how to do basic maths ( 3 grade maths ). Ate 21 dosas , were charged for 32 dosas . Furthermore, ate 17 rotis and had to pay for 23 rotis. Abusive staff and unclean washroom.

Very bad staff.......food is overcharged and does not taste good.We were charged double money for our food. Dal makhani was very bad.Staff has no hospitality sense.Do not go here.

Extremely worst and unhygienic food , told them to replace instead they started abusing be careful guys extremely dangerous and terrifying experience , they all come in group and threaten you to fetch money

We wanted a halt while travelling from Nalanda to Mandar hill, and found this hotel at the turning of NH 333 within the township of Jamui. The room rent is rs. 1300 plus gst. Service is wonderful.

Never Ever, Ever, Ever Again, book this hotel. Booked this hotel recently, This is the worst place to live in Rajgeer. Their rates are very much higher than the nearby plus they don't have the OYO Standard (not even the Dharamshala standard) at first. Torn bedsheets, leaked bathrooms, Cracked walls, Dirty rooms are all that you will experience. Don't trust the pictures being uploaded on OYO or anywhere else. Also, the BIGGEST problem with the hotel owner is STUPID ATTITUDE. Their tone of voice is highly unprofessional, egoist and completely absurd. In spite of solving the customer problem, they will simply ask you to leave the hotel. Once again, will ask you not to book this hotel anytime in future otherwise that will be a nightmare for the rest of your life.

Very bad service, rooms were very dirty and unhygienic, unhygenic staff and rooms. No water in washrooms, staff had cough and fever and was still working in the hotel, commod flush not working, no wasroom utilities provided. Manager was very rude, was not even concerned about whether we live there or not. Started asking for more money when asked to fix the water in the washroom. Worst hotel i have ever lived in.

Don't even think of opting this hotel. Worst hygiene ever witnessed in OYO, torne bedsheets, no blanket cover, no towels provided. Even if you ask for basic things like soap, body wash, bottle of water the guy would say, all these things are not written in OYO guidelines that it's necessary to be provided to guest. I mean seriously ... #OYO you need to look into this. Yes all these things happened in a single day hence I thought of not extending my stay I quickly booked another hotel for the next day of my stay in Rajgir. The staff was rude only reason I am giving one star is because there food was good or else I would have given zero.

It was a worthless hotel. You can get such a room in Rajgir in 200. Please don't trust on OYO. Rating is also manipulated by OYO. Behavior of owner is also not good and room is not a liveable room. Bathroom is so dirty. Even linen is not clean. No other amenities is provided by owner.
