Worst stay ever. Paid for AC room but they switched off AC after 1 hour of check in and said due to low voltage it's not loading. Staff are so rude. They took full advance. And rooms washroom tap handle fall when we open it. After complaining they just checked but didn't do anything. Please don't go there.

Good Ac room and good location from the bus station. And I had the top room so it was a quiet and peacefully night. Good staff. I recomend this hotel.

Called in the morning, asked about the price, said room for 1600₹ available. O said ok I will come in the evening at 9pm. Came in the evening as agreed and they said room not available, only ₹1800.

Very bad place broken toilet, rude people around the city, Raxaul is a place where I had been 20 yrs ago and it has gone only worse. No sense of hygiene all corrupt and careless people
