Hotel Seventh Sense

Last year I stayed at HSS [Kol-Mumbai highway] and overall it was a pleasant experience. Convenient Location if you are doing road trip, situated right off the highway, this hotel is easily accessible, making it a perfect stop for road travelers. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Has In-house restaurant with ok food no need to go out. HSS is a solid choice for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay near Highway. The overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again on future trips.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The dinner was very tasty. Overall experience was very satisfactory. Room amenities like air conditioner, TV, bed mattress, etc were of good quality.

We had a party of 100 odd guests recently celebrating the 60th birthday of our dear ones. We were very happy to hear from our guests that the food was very good in taste . People loved the chaat and the dessert very much so also the main course. We as family also loved the food. The arrangements were very good so was the lighting and the AC . The service was prompt and meticulous all through the evening. There was a steady flow of food and beverages to all the guests. After cutting the cake it was served with speed and with good judgement of the serving size. It made us very happy and satisfied since we were trying this new place for the first time. 2 points for improvement * the serving staff should wear disposable gloves as a practice for hygiene ** at the time of booking, the hotel should guide the customer to take the count of expected guests at atleast 10 to 15% lower than the list of invited guests. This would help save the customer unnecessary expense and build goodwill. The hotel can also tie up with a local NGO to donate unconsumed food which again would be a goodwill gesture .

Worst place ,,, worst location Ridiculous place Rude staff i am writing this review again because every time owner ask to that so called chhapri berojgar yuva neta to delete this review there were some students , actualluy i must say some foolish , uneducated students ,,,,who dont know how to talk even ,,,, they were in hotel ,,,by giving 500 which they collected by asking chanda , and doing some ghatiya party ,,, lots of noise ,,,lot of weird and strange activites. kalyan college ridiculous student. so mr owner you need to improve the services. and Mr berojgar chhapri yuva neta if you have guts then directly connect me. You are not even worth the dust of my slippers

This is mainly a review of the banquet hall. Present in the 4th floor, it's a good accommodation for around a 100 people. A small party such as a silver jubilee marriage anniversary or a first birthday celebration can be easily done. It's also a cool and calm place away from unnecessary noise, and you wouldn't get wind of what's happening outside the hall. There's washroom facility, separate for both genders, there's an outside lounge as well, kind of a balcony. The hotel contains continental clocks so it works as international time zone setting/resetting, and the reception is responsive and quick in their services. All employees including the lift service person are courteous and you won't have any complaints with their behavior nor their work. The food quality is good and you surely won't go hungry, cleanliness can be improved a little bit and the service of food too. The hall sometimes becomes crowdy but that's not much a concern.

Services provided was good. Food and Beverages were of good quality and can be made more better. The place is quite good and generally for friends to hang out with. They must host events like singing, poetry etc. The interior of the place is somewhat moderate and could also be enhanced. Security is also maintained by maintaining records of the customer id.
