I have stayed in # 211. Room standard and amenities just awesome. This hotel offers a fantastic stay. Quality of Food is up to mark . The staff were consistently friendly and provided excellent support. I was also very impressed with the delicious food and exceptional service. Their service truly stood out. The food completely won my heart—so delicious and top-notch in quality. Every small detail was taken care of, and even in case of the slightest inconvenience, the staff was right there with quick and thoughtful service. Red diamond is the best hotel in bilaspur and there is good facility is available.there is good cleaning housekeeping I am so happy and apart from that I know very well that parking facility is good and as far as I think that all area is good like restaurant,room etc and hotel is good maintain and all staff is good working here that,s all

The experience I had last night was nothing short of a nightmare. The service was extremely poor and far below what one would expect from a 3-star hotel. To make matters worse, I believe they don’t service their duct AC properly—I had to suffer the entire night in unbearable heat, which made the stay even more frustrating. The staff was unresponsive, and the overall management seemed careless. On top of that, the location is also not convenient at all. I would strongly advise against choosing this property if you're looking for comfort and peace of mind.

Attended a Wedding in the Open Garden Area Fab Decoration, Fantastic Food. Each and every menu item was 10 on 10. Valet parking was highly organised and hassle free. Great place Highly recommended

I was there for a wedding. There is a little problem with the parking space for wedding guests that's all. Otherwise food is really great. One of the best catering in my city.
