Zero Expectations Met: Hotel Radhika's Disastrous Stay. Staying at Hotel Radhika was nothing short of a nightmare. It's difficult to fathom a worse place to spend the night. I would advise anyone considering staying here to opt for the comfort of a footpath instead. The beds were infested with bugs, making it impossible to get any restful sleep. To add insult to injury, even if you managed to endure the discomfort of the bed, you'd be met with a barrage of issues. If the TV miraculously worked, the air conditioning unit was inevitably malfunctioning, leaving guests sweltering in unbearable heat. Not a single room in this establishment can be deemed acceptable. The overall condition of the rooms and facilities is appalling, and it's evident that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities for Hotel Radhika. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and avoid Hotel Radhika at all costs. There are plenty of other accommodations available that offer basic standards of hygiene and comfort, which are sorely lacking here.

My experience was awful, very bad. The staffs were non-cooperative. When we reached hotel to check if they take bookings through oyo, they said the online booking rooms were different. Although we agreed to take those rooms, meanwhile the manager increased the price so much by 400-500 to match the offline price. Cheating customers. When I said we can complain to oyo and put google review, with great attitude he said, "after complain Oyo will make a call and next day onwards it will be the same for me and will again start getting customers." I recommend everyone to not prefer this hotel at all. P.S. The rooms were very dirty, manager himself agreed that AC does not work in online booked rooms, bathroom dirty, linen were not washed

I shared my room with a rodent(mouse) about 10-15 cm long. Apart from it the drinking water smelled like paint and while brushing in the morning the tap water smelled the same which made me realise that maybe the drinking water and tap water which they provided both were same. I don't know if it was the fault of all the hotel staff of just one irresponsible one. Apart from it the staff is quite helpful and well mannered. And you will find a small rajasthani restaurant when you take down the stairs (while leaving) and move towards the right on the main road.

My experience was really awful at OYO 13657 Hotel Radhika, Raipur. I went with my parents for 1 N trip on 15th April 2022 to Raipur. The manager had a very negative attitude. The staffs were non-cooperative. When we reached hotel to check if they take bookings through oyo (because I have faced this issue 4-5 times in a row in the past), they said that they provide different rooms for onlin bookings (small ones). Although we agreed to take those rooms, meanwhile the manager increased the price so much (by 400-500) to match the offline price he was offering. This is simply cheating customers. When I said we can complain to oyo and put google review, with great attitude he said, "after complain Oyo will just make a call to us and next day onwards it will be the same - we will again start getting customers as usual. This is very common for us". He also said that even if we book through OYO he will provide a room a AC room where the AC is not working, and then again I will keep talking to OYO and in that my stay period will get over, so better I should do offline. He gave all the calculations as to why hotels are at loss because of partnership with OYO, since the rooms that they normally charge at higher price is provided at a discounted price in oyo app, and hence they have to force customers to take offline bookings through various tactics. My request to OYO is that OYO should take required corrective strict actions against such behaviour and activities to ensure customers have atleast a smooth check-in process. P.S. I recommend everyone to not prefer this hotel because you yourself can judge if they cheat one customer, they must be cheating others as well one way or the other

We checkin on 29 12 2018 and checkout on 30 12 2018, we stayed in Room-12, Room was big, it is OYO authorised property, that's why we booked it.||# First of all to enter hotel, one need to, took 20 stairs, second for your luggage, no staff were present before the stairs.||||# tables and furnitures in room was old enough, insect present in the room.||||# No extra mattress provided as committed by OYO, no mosquito repellent.||||# Girnar restaurant menu, has very high prices.||||# Shikhar Thali restaurant- Thali was good for vegeterians, cost around 180/-,for children above 3 years, half thali is availabe @100/-, no sharing even for children is allowed, strictly.||||# Complimentary Breakfast-For veg- they provide poha, and for milk, they have charged extra @40/-, as we have not taken tea.
