OYO Flagship Hotel Bilasini

Each and everything was worst. No proper Hotel board for Visibility. I have booked room online. then when I visited hotel for staying they charged me extra 250 Rs . Hotel rooms are not cleaned. They are simply giving you the rooms, which has been just emptied by previous customer. They are not cleaning the room. No wifi connection. No safety

Never ever book this hotel, there are many hotels in rathore chauk very much better than this ..... This is not for any tourist and family purpose.... Room service is very bad, they won't come to wash the room ..... Firstly this is under Oyo hotels and I booked it online to pay the money but they refused that and weren't given the room and misbehaved with us after doing police case they said yes give rs 200 extra and you can stay ...... This Oyo hotel is a big scam !!

Hotel is good room's are also very good and clean, but due to covid-19 staff are very less and not capable to manage guest.

Hotel staff are good but room are dirty and bedsheets and pillows are not washed properly, bathroom are infrastructure of bathroom is not so good. My recommendation is if you came with your family highly not recommended.

Hotel rooms are nice.. They behaved well with the customer..Hotel is away from 10 min of walking distance

Worst.. bathroom is 100 meters away common bathroom... bedsheets and towels are dirty..worst experience
