Hotel Raipur Inn

Though the Hotel Raipur Inn is located near railway station , it has so many issues regarding room service and customer dealing. Don't come with family because you will get disappointed with multiple issues. *They first took to the room where Washroom pipe and flush are not working. I requested to change the room. *Then they changed the room and it was horrific.. worms are moving through the floor as floor is that much dirty.. *Then they took to the other room where bathroom lock is not working. Moreover AC in the room is functioning only in certain temperature which is adjusted by the hotel management. * They have shown multiple rooms and all of those rooms were unhygienic and stinky. * Eventually they show up a room which is just cleaned, where the switch board is hanging out from the wall and Washroom 's flush is leaking always. * All of these rooms are smelling bad and they are not using any air fresheners. *They are least bothered to supply basic amenities like water and toilet soaps which I got only after addressing them. * Building is very old and you can see so many patch works which is yet to be finished throughout the way when you walking into rooms. *AC is as much old as it is looking like minimum 2 decades of age.. * Since I have checked in during night hours , I am forced to stay in this worst place for one night. * Room boy, receptionist lady, and other two male staffs behaved irresponsibly to the complaint that I have raised. *They are charging Rs 2000 for single AC room for one day which is more than anything considering the service they are providing. That's why I decided to write a review to address these all issues to the higher authorities of the Hotel Raipur Inn. Hope they will correct all these issues in future.

Very beautiful location and hospitality at top notch 💕 HOTEL RAIPUR INN is a hidden gem. I came with my family !!! Cozy rooms , beautiful view from window will give you feeling of penthouse ❤️will visit and stay again in future if I will be here in Raipur

Reallly rwllly bad experience Have never paid literally 4thousand bucks for this experience The washroom didn’t have any toiletries Neither they had doormat and the breakfast was really bad And despite calling the housekeeping again and again they didn’t really care Would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Excellent location nearby Raipur Railway Station room was neat and clean food was just amazing 😻 a3 star place to stay in raipur if you are traveller..

Worst experience ever in raipur inn. I have checked in 5-6 times before but this time the experience was the worst. Sharing with you my 2 day booking experience which had to be shortened to 1 day as I had to leave the room because of the following events. 1. The light in the room was fused. 2. Side table of the bed was broken. It was kept standing with the help of pieces of tiles. 3.Room was not clean at all cockroaches and bugs are every where. 4.There was no menu card to order food. Instead of the menu card, a photocopy of paper was kept there. 5.The bathroom door does not lock and in the name of bathroom kit, the hotel staff gave us a small bar of soap and one rupees clinic plus pouch only . 6.The washbasin tap in the bathroom was also broken. 7. And cherry on the top there intercom is also not working properly. 8.The window curtains were also very useless, having them on or not on was the same. 9.No dental kit nor any bathroom kit was provided. 10 . final flourish was that lift is also not working . Like I've already mentioned that I have visited this place before so many times but this time experience and there service was terrified and totally unprofessional. I have never received such bad service in my previous visits. We have recommended this hotel to many people. And their service was very good then. But this time there was nothing, neither any proper facility nor service. Earlier there was refrigerator in the room and showergel, shampoo, conditioner, oil and tissue paper in the bathroom. Even they didn't give me a wifi password . I asked them so many times but in 24 hour after asking they failed to provide a wifi password . The word "hospitality" is a joke to them . Highly suggested if you want to experience worst hotel service than please go for "RAIPUR INN" EVEN WORST IS VERY SMALL FOR THEM
