OYO 6441 Hotel Sudha Regency

Very Bad service provided by the hotel. I booked through Goibibo before 5hr. but when I arrived into hotel room was not ready. Non-veg Food menu didn't available in my room but I called to reception 4 time but he not provided me Non-veg menu. Geyser didn't work in bathroom. After I am call to Reception then provided me to Water bottle, Bathroom soap, shampoo. Heavy rate hotel but service very poor😥😥

Dilapidated building.Had to attend a seminar. Organiser must hv gone for cheap rate. Parking difficulty. Nothing pleasent

Service is not good and the state of the bathrooms is pathetic....no geyser for hot water and timings are there for hot water tap. Bathroom switches don't work and very less lighting. Breakfast is always served cold and have to demand for hot breakfast and sometimes they charge you without telling you and get your signatures on the breakfast while misleading you. Highly not recommended for more than 1 or 2 days stay Max and that too will be uncomfortable.

Very good hotel. No questions asked, they don’t bother you too. They allowed me with checkin 5 hours before without any extra charge.

Basic Amentites in terms of Kits has to be provided for preparation of self beverage , cooling should be made centralised to maintain uniform temperature. Serving Cutlery to be improvised . No Buffet Dining avaialble .
