OYO Hotel Prerna

Location - In Prime area of Raipur- Very near to Jaistambh chowk (Gol Bazar) But hotel building located in very dirty street with bad views. Totally Unhygienic place. Room Service - Extremely Bad. (Didn't even received bathing kit and towel). Also very slow and not responsible type. Staff Behaviour - Stupid Response. Cleanliness - Extremely Unhygienic rooms, the rooms Interior is done to just show off the upscale hotel. Found hairs and dust in linen and also found cockroach in Bathroom. Value for money - Not worth it for even ₹500. Also they charged me a Mineral water bottle more than MRP - ₹30 instead of ₹20. Overall experience - Very bad and horrible. This hotel should be shut down and banned by relative authorities. Also safety is major concern when emergencies happen here.

This hotel is completely unsafe. 1. They don't have any parking. 2. Manager behavior is very bad and unsafe, they force costumer. 3. All the staffs of hotel make it feel uncomfortable. 4. They even don't have lift. 5. AC are opreated at will of manager 6. TV was also not working.

I think for the cheap price is good, but anyway they can improve. The bathroom smelled pee, and the hands washer was dirty since the last guests were there. The hotel in general was full of mosquitoes, however they provided with mosquito repellent. We were 2 guests but the service (towel, shampoo and soap) was for one. As our request they provided another kit. Finally we booked through OYO and the offer included breakfast, which was not provided. And there's no parking area.

Don't trust OYO App at all they will show and amount but when you reached hotel they will tell you have to pay extra money also this hotel is new they don't have much accommodities like TV, Ac,Wifi, food delivery and others so many Only you will get the room that's all But the location is very good and also the staffs behaviour is good also

Very small and conjusted rooms. No mirror in rooms, less maintainance, dirty bedsheet and blanket sheet. I Recommend for couples only for hassle free stay, not good enough for family. Although staff was very helpful and cooperative

Small hotel but comfortable. Economic. Room service is available in this hotel. Reception is on 1st floor. Lift is not available. Wheelchair not accessible. Enjoy tea and food in room. Room was clean. Phone is available 20 is room service number. I book this hotel with OYO app. Pay cash online payment not acceptable.

The wrist experience I had ever experienced.i stayed in this hotel room no 103 where flaush was not working. They close ac at midnight. The reception person was rude and gave rating by himself. I feel cheated by oyo and hotel

Room conditions was not good and not clean already bear botel in this room . Ac power problem facing, T.v is not working and not available any entercom. Bed sheet not changed added some pictures of room.
