One of the best hotel of Raipur. The property ix excellent and is a,big one. I got an free upgrade and the room was large enough. The breakfast spread is awesome. Lot of area if one wants to walk in hotels garden. Food is excellent. Overall a fantastic location for both personal and official trip

Checked in with my family in 23//11/24, been here many times but this time it was different. The room quality detioreted massively. Very poor quality and unhygienic rooms. And poor service too. I can't understand how this hotel still fall under 5 star category, not more than 3 star worth. They charged us 5000rs for such poor rooms. I could have added photos but they haven't enabled that option, they know they'll get exposed. Think twice before checking in here.

Better to choose some others Hotels. Babylon International having only good location. Not good service. Billing is a serious issue. I personally find it frustrating and scammed being charged for the item which was not even used. They they asked forcefully to pay the full amount.

The entire hotels system is working on jugad ( the moment you walk into the lift you would realise that). I mean the view is good and the rooms are big , but except that i would not recommend you to stay here unless the price of your stay is less. Prefer Hyaat or Something in that locality

If can give negative star then I would give -100 stars. Such a worst hotel in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Worst Hotel of Raipur. Inspite of booking Suite Room, there is power cut in room throughout the night. No cleanliness at all. The AC is not working properly. All in all one thing to say - Jitna purana hotel, utni ghatiya service.

We had a wedding here and the service I must say is very very pooor…. In our whole stay they had electricity issues and then they were not able to manage any situation properly.

Amazing place with good service. Rooms are also well cleaned and luxurious. Good Views also here.
