Hotel O Arambol Beach

nice hotel in budget. location is the best part. right in center of the market and just 2 min walk to the beach. staff is very helpful and courteous.

What a disaster staying in this hotel for a couple of hours. Booked this place via Goibibo about 20 days ago as this place was quite budget friendly and the reviews were amazing. Absolutely disappointed with the entire episode of stepping into the hotel to check in till the time we checked out(In a couple of hours) On Goibibo the check in time is 12 pm but when we reached the hotel at 11.45 am, we were told that the check in time was 2 pm. Complained to Goibibo and within 30 minutes we were given a shabby room. Do not go by the reviews and pictures on Goibibo. They are very deceptive. The receptionist and her manager just came up with lame excuses. They gave us another room which was a little better than the previous one but the flush wasn't working. Even after complaining nothing was done. There were other customers also who seemed to be agitated with their service. I cancelled the booking via Goibibo and Karthik, their customer care agent was extremely helpful who managed to get me the full refund. They will not even provide a bottle of water. Please note - DO NOT GO BY THEIR REVIEWS AND THE ROOM PICTURES.

Friendly people but that’s unfortunately the only good thing I can say. Very noisy place with door and window having absolutely no isolation. Room was provided with missing dust bin, missing drinking water, missing soap, I had to ask 3 times to get it fixed. WiFi works very randomly so if you need to work remotely, find another place. There was no mirror in the bathroom and bathroom was not clean, no working hot water (I tried both side for over 5 minutes before taking almost cold shower). Fridge was apparently not working. AC was ok but very dirty inside and outside unit. Bed sheets were very old and obviously not clean, I actually even wonder if they had been changed after previous customer. All together was too many negative points and I checked out after only one night. Also renovation is made in the building, workers are noisy, unorganized and putting dirt and paint everywhere. Generally speaking this hotel could be a very nice place but it’s obviously extremely poorly managed and maintained, as too many places in this country.

No rating for such worst and unhygienic stay.Just never ever book a stay in this one.This is a huge trap for all those who look at the photos and book.Please avoid booking this one

Good place to say with all needful things at hand. Very close to beach and ample of super markets around with many places to shop. Manager Santosh Jha is very helpful and always there if anything is needed. Staff is also very polite n helpful.

Great feeling to stay at arambol inn,room is in very nice maintained condition and 2 min walkable distance from the beach.price is also cheaper as compared to other stays.room service is also good.fully recommended to thoese who are required to take their family at safe stay.
