What did you like about the property? It was near to the beach and very spacious rooms and its in Northest part of Goa so you can explore from the north(Keri beach) and go downward. What didn't you like about the property? No drinking water facility, A blanket and a door mat to dust off the sand. Its better if they keep the drinking water can which is basic. Write a short sentence to sum up your stay. Awesome Budget Stay for North Goa exploring only. Very far from south goa or mapusa or vasco. so plan accordingly.

Excellent hotel , tasty breakfast, grate menu. The owner of the hotel Mr. Deepak very warmly received us and took care of all my family members who arrive first time in Goa. We have a greate vocation in goa. I advise this hotel to everyone. From the hotel just 3 minus walking to beach, hotel in main market, super location, I was looking forward to come back again.

There rent could be vary if you booked by any portal from 450 to 1000 rs. but if you made the deal with them directly possible to get the room at rs 300 for a night. 10 mins walking distance from arambol beach. Just 100m beside supermarket available so you don't need wory about you grocery if you prefer for long stay.. But They should maintain little bit cleanness dust everywhere. The problem is and suggest to owner- As non AC room there should must be vantailator system..cause room get suffocated in the evening one sun goes disappeared.. in the night time ceiling fan even doesn't reduce the humidity you will sweat 💦. You can take bike or Scotty on rent from the owner..

The owners are great and caring. They picked us up with our bags from another guest house, took care of every request we had, and also arranged a taxi back to the airport. The room was clean and organized.

Cost is expensive, Very bad room services. suffocation very hogh in room. wifi working like as 2G speed. AC not properly working.Bed condition very poor. No warm/Hot water No Communications phone No Drinking water No Blanket No Soap 🧼 No Housekeeping No Room service

Great location. Host was very helpful. Wifi coverage can be a bit spotty. Can get noisy at night, but we were usually too tired to care. For the price - really decent.
