It's not well furnished, me and my friend stayed here, we stayed here for very cheap deal that we got from goibibo, for that price it's a bumper, beach is near by, it's a nice location, so if you are on a tight budget and want to explore Goa I have to add a few things to my review- I stayed here for 5 days, the staff behavior was very bad, electricity went on and off, most of the time water was not available. No room maintenance was there, some time the hotel staffs were making too much noise, so it was hard to get sleep, so this place only deserve this one star for the price it offered, other than that it was a bad decision. If you are traveling with your loved ones, please don't stay here

Stay away from this hotel. On the map it's "7 Sea View Hotel", But when you arrive there, it's "Sandy's Beach Hotel". I booked this hotel through GOIBIBO, but when we arrived for check-in, the hotel staff denied any booking and the behavior was disgusting. Later we came to know that they sold our rooms to other tourists on higher rates. So basically, you are left helpless on check-in. All thanks to GOIBIBO, they offered us another nearest hotel named "Hotel Arambol Arbour", but it took 3-4 hours and we were just sitting on the road with luggage. Note: Strictly No for Couples and families. It will ruin your experience.

Pathetic..! First they denied us our rooms. Then they agreed on giving us 2 rooms but we had paid for 4 rooms. After talks with the owner we got our 4 rooms. Our room had someone's luggage in it. There's no room service.Public Parking is available at rs 50 per entry. Rooms were ok. Kitchen is in dark damp place.They where trying to give a room to a foreigner which was already booked and occupied as the occupants were out for the day. They also denied us giving the bill for our stay. The property is just besides the beach which is the only positive thing. They don't even provide drinking water to the guests. Please avoid.

So we stayed in this hotel for 5 days and i have mixed opinions on the same . I will start from the bad ones. The hotel management disappointed us in the very beginning as we reached there in the morning at 4.00 am . For 3 hours we had to sit at the Arambol beach which was threatening exeperience as there was no one at the hotel to answer anything . No watchmen , no receptionist . I called up to the lady whom I informed about my arrival and she ended up the call saying call the owner and you would get the room at 10.00 am . The owner Dr. Dhanajay was warm as he answered my call at 7.00 am and called up his people who were sleeping in the room at 2nd floor to make some quick arrangements. He offered us a room to stay till 10.00 but we finally got the room by 12.00 pm. The hotel looks horrible from the front but rooms are good. . The room was pretty ok or may be the best to the cost we paid per night which is really minimal . The best part is the hotel is few steps away from the main beach Arambol and we are deeply in love with Arambol beach . It is worth to be visited at least once in the lifetime . Water facilities and soap shampoo towle etc. are not offered by the hotel but it's ok as the price is really affordable so we could not ask for more from the hotel . The view is scenic and mostly foreigners are their guests . So we get less nuisance. Everything is so nearby to the hotel like the main Arambol street market , the beach , shops for renting the car or bike , vine shops , fruit shops etc. .. Everything is expensive around Arambol beach as it's not mostly crowded by the foreigners but we wanted to chill and relax , so we landed up our choice to Arambol and this hotel .

hotel is located in front of arambol beach. thats the only plus point. otherwise i would have given 0 stars. condition of rooms are extremely terrible. staffs are pathetic, owner has no sense of talking to women. if you are a women, don't visit this property.

The hotel is on the beach sand. Convenient to stay on beach till late evening. Just a basic room to spend night. Value for money. Keep in mind that Arambol is a small village like place.

Great hotel, great location. Easily accessible. Just besides arambol beach. Although it's in construction phase and many amenities aren't available, the staff was friendly and I had a pleasant stay here

Complaint!!! I arrived at the property which looks nothing like the pictures, the whole building is run down. Then I got put into a room which was dirty, hairs over the bed linen, dirt and damp stains on the wall, mold all over the bathroom and the door to the so called “balcony” was pretty much hanging off the hinges, the a/c just coughed out a damp smelling warm smog. Plus, this wasn’t even the type of room I reserved. The hotel booked out my room, that wasn’t really any better and thought they could get away with it. Anyway, don’t go here, there’s much better places to stay in Arambol.
