Hotel Klase Homep Luxury Rooms

Don't fall in this trap. The rooms may seem good in the photos but those are the photos of newly built rooms. They aren't the same now. Very dirty, unhygienic rooms. They don't even have door in the room. Just a curtain to cover. They area is the worst in Goa. Very narrow street that you can't even take car. They don't have parking available.

Would give 0 star. Worst property ever. They send you good photos when the property was build but actual rooms are very bad and poor. There's no door in the apartment. You have no security for women and children. The host Vishal is rude and arrogant. Everything is poorly kept. Even there is no parking and the road is too narrow for car to reach.

Rooms: Rooms were dirty and dusty. Ants were all over the place. Service: worst service ever., the owner Vishal was concerned about money not the safety of his guest. We booked 2rooms with hall and we woke up to the sound of some random people using the kitchen of the room tat we paid for. We contacted the owner and he said he is not aware of it, which means anyone can enter the place any time and the same day we faced issue with the cylinder, the gas was leaking for maybe 4-5hrs. When contacted the owner Vishal he dint pick up the call, the next day we spoke to him and He was not ready to acknowledge the issue, but he was focused on skipping the topic. We asked refund he wasn’t ready for tat as well. And the gas leak was there the next day even after complaining. So safety of guests is not a concern for the owner, Only money. Location: He will say yes parking is available, but it’s just empty space outside the building, and parking there is at our own risk. “WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE” This place made my vacation the worst. I stayed in couple other places they were good but this place is a big “NO”.

Beware of Fraud: We encountered a scam involving an Airbnb property. Upon arrival at our booked resort, we were informed that the property was given to someone else. The hosts then took us to a different property, which did not meet our expectations. When we requested another property, they became violent and called in goons. The individuals misbehaved with our group, used foul language, and threatened us with violence in the parking area. Exercise caution and report any suspicious activity immediately..

Best thing about this place is its location.. street to the hotel is narrow but you can easily take your car inside .. and yes parking is also there.....

One of the best stay in Goa Loved the Rooms and their service Little hidden from the main road but worth every penny I got the nearest room to the pool Room no. 212 unintentionally It was the best room allocation done by vishal sharma(who runs the hotel) He’s very helpful the staff is also friendly Overall nice stay will definitely recommend my family/friends.

Never thought our stay would be this lovely , Vishal is such a nice owner .... We reached a little early to the property before our check-in ... He managed two rooms for us at the same time so we can fresh up. Definitely recommended .....
