If you want to truly unwind, this is the perfect place to be at. With nature and commercial amenties very well balanced, you can't ask for more. The rooms and hospitality is amazing. Overall the property gives you positive and happy vibe. Definitely a place you'd want to visit over again. I want to cancel the rest of my stay due to the following reasons: 1. Property is not as it is advertised on booking.com, rooms are small, no storage, damp smell, damp walls and run down 2. Dirty bedsheets on arrival, I inspected them in front of the staff and asked for fresh sheets. They said this is how they are cleaned. There were stains and marks on the sheets, pillows and bed dressings. Bed pillows themselves are extremely unclean. Mould also! 3. Gap in the door so all sound can be heard from outside Room and property is over priced for such a place and is not as advertised on booking.com. I wish to cancel my stay with refund for the remaining nights Tried to talk to the property on 2 occasions. They offered us another room which was little better but still in bad condition.

Very comfortable experience with the Hotel staff. Especially hotel receptionist Biswajit , makes check in ,out arrangements very smoothly. Cleaning and watch men also good. Its near to beach 🏖️...

BAD BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF. BAD SERVICE. We stayed for 4 long days and they kept increasing our room charges daily in the name of RULES. T.V was not working we adjusted, Fan was decades old and swinging slowly we adjusted, 3 days they told to check out at 11am, we checked out before time. But on LAST DAY we asked for 1 hour grace period but they started knocking door from 10:30am and even after asking grace time, they first gave us for 15 minutes and then for 30 minutes but they were punching the door for uncountable times in that grace period and at 12am when I said that u people were knocking door and I was the one coming and telling u so that ate my time and just asking for 5 MINUTES MORE. The Receptionist started SHOUTING ON US. NEVER CHOOSE EROS. THEY ARE MISTREATING GUESTS.

Never go for this Hotel.The management will cancel your reservation if you make it online and will not offer you any roon once you reach the property. The staff is very unprofessional and they don't talk or behave well with the customers. Kindly don't ruin your holiday by preferring this property.

I have been in Goa recently and stayed here for 3 days and I would say it is a complete waste of money. Cons: 1. Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned and it's so filthy. 2. AC doesn't work properly neither the fan does. 3. Don't go by the photos its absolutely misleading. 4. The property is not maintained properly.
