Location is the best. 10 steps away from Tito's lane. But service is the worst. No towels were provided for the entire day even after calling 10 times. The girl at front desk is unaware of lot of things. RO water cooler was to be used by self to fill empty water bottle in room. No complimentary mineral water. Corridors are like storage spaces for random stuff, walking through them wasn't a nice sight. The rooms are spacious though, and the AC cool very well. Bathrooms are big and clean too. There is a smoke smell whenever we enter room, maybe due to wooden architecture. Some rooms didn't have television. The bed back rest has protrusions which hurt my head couple of times. Pool area is dirty, not worth taking a dip. Overall Average.

I recently stayed here after booking two separate rooms, and I must warn future guests: avoid this hotel unless location is the only thing you care about. Our experience was defined by broken amenities and nonexistent maintenance follow-through. In the first room, the issues were critical: the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed, offering zero privacy. Additionally, a lamp was broken, leaving the corner of the room dim and unusable. Across both rooms we booked, the supposed amenities were useless. Neither the TV nor the fridge worked in either room. It’s unacceptable to advertise features that are simply non-functional across multiple units. The most infuriating part was the lack of service recovery. We reported the broken bathroom door immediately to the front desk, and they assured us it would be fixed. Two days later, upon check-out, the door remains broken. This failure to address a basic privacy and functional issue for two full days shows a profound indifference to guest comfort and a complete lack of operational management. Except for the fantastic location, this stay was a disaster. If you value working appliances, basic privacy, or management that follows through on its promises, book somewhere else.

A few of us friends decided to do a school reunion at Goa. We looked around and finally settled onto Mayflower Resorts, Baga.|At first glace the Portugese style architecture is strikingly attractive and different to what's on offer in most places in Goa. It's well located just 50m off Titos lane....Close enough to the lane but tucked into Green surroundings..|We were greeted by warm friendly staff at the front desk and post the necessary formalities we were led to our Rooms which were extremely spacious and very tastefully done up. The washrooms too are airy. All amenities are available including a mini fridge and a Safe.|The food at the Restaurant had a very homely taste so much so that we decided to have most meals at the in house restaurant itself.|The swimming pool is fault big and well maintained unlike many other hotels.|The owner Sylvester is a pleasure to interact with and can always be contacted for things to do.|Only thing is they are very particular about people following basic ettiquttes within the hotel premises. Which I feel helps to further improve the overall |Experience. |To be fair to them their staff which is extremely courteous also follows it. .|We had a lovely time and would strongly recommend the property for a getaway.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was no Wi-Fi service at all, despite it being clearly advertised. Check-in was extremely delayed, with no clear explanation or apology. No drinking water was provided in the room—completely unacceptable. Tried contacting reception multiple times but got no response. The staff seemed unbothered and unprofessional about guests’ concerns. Room was not ready even after the promised check-in time. Had to wait hours in the lobby without any proper seating or hospitality. Basic amenities were missing and nothing was done to fix it. Felt completely ignored by the management throughout the stay. Poor communication and zero sense of customer service. Definitely not worth the money paid for such poor facilities. False promises about services that were never delivered. Usually, I don’t submit reviews, but my stay at Mayflower was horrible. -No lift -No parking -No dustbin in the room -Fridge not working -Kettle for hot water not working -Washrooms were dirty and smelly -Quality of Breakfast is very bad If you want to waste your precious time during your trip figuring out parking, requesting staff to allot rooms, and then again asking them for basic necessary items—only to finally head to Baga Beach after wasting 3–4 hours—then go ahead and book this hotel.

Having stayed at various resorts in Goa during the monsoon, I understand the challenges faced by the hotels, from musty smells to mosquitoes, but Mayflower came out tops… Impeccable service at check in by Amol and we got started with our weekend break… the elevated walkway leading to the rooms from the reception was nothing short of a beautiful walk through a tropical forest, with the decent sized pool on one side. The room was well appointed with an electronic safe, tea/coffee making facilities, led television, a super king size comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean as was the room, they have a solar powered heating system for hot water, that was available 24 hrs. Also has a balcony to chill… The breakfast we had was good with a choice of poha, idli, parathas, toast and eggs over three days. Had lunch and dinner there once each during our stay and was excellent… The hotel is located in the vastly popular Tito’s Lane at Baga, and you are set for all types of entertainment in the lane or close by, but yet aloof enough to be at peace and quiet at night… Baga beach is within walking distance of 5 mins… All in all, at this price, it is a brilliant stay, just go for it!

Located just steps away from the lively party street and pubs, the hotel is also an easy walk to Baga Beach, making it super convenient for beach lovers and night owls alike. Even though the surrounding area is always buzzing with crowds, the hotel itself offers a surprisingly peaceful and comfortable stay with minimal noise.
