Worst experience. Photos DO NOT match the actual state of room one bit!! Extremely rude and arrogant receptionist and managers who lack basic etiquettes. I assure there are way better hotels in the same price range. There literally isn't a single noteworthy or even average facility in the hotel and basically is a complete waste of money. The room was outrageous. None of the electrical appliances work and the maintenance was subpar. Checked out a day earlier than what was booked. I strongly suggest anyone to find any other hotel.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. The situation of the hotel was pathetic. The whole room was a mess and dust central.There was no power half of the time.Theyy haven't cleaned the room for ages. To add salt to the wound, the manager Mani was one horrible soul. I guess somebody should give him some moral education, how to behave to a customer. I recommend to sleep under street light even if there is no option. Thank you.

Worst hotel experience i have ever had here. I stayed here 9 days but the manager’s behavior was so rude and he was 1st asked to pay more than the room charges ehich we have booked through oyo and between our stay one of my cousin came here to give me some things for home and gone. For that they have charges us extra 1000 rs without any reason. I have stayed in many hotels and never faced any issues like this. Seriously I mean if you can’t be polite with your customers and without informing they wants to charge more n more money then why are you have opened a hotel? I think they should take proper hotel management lessons before managing it. I thought when I will come here again so I will stay here because I thought this was the perfect place at reasonable price in Baga beach near Titos lane but when I stayed here, I got to know why people are giving 1 star reviews because everyone faced this bad behavior with their guests. Although I am never gonna stay here again and NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Please be-aware of this hotel specifically with the manager and go for better hotel if you want to spend good time in Goa.

Only 1 benefit of staying in this hotel is is just 200m far from baga beach. No room service, no facilities. In reception they used send back the travellers if the booking price is less than 1500 although We book using some apps. I don't have any personal bad experience at the reception but i didn't like the bed as I found some blood spots in bedsheets they should have clean it properly before a new check in.

Worst decision ever!!! We stayed there for 3 days. While booking it was mentioned that there’s breakfast included but all the time they said kitchen is closed. There was no power during our stay and we had to sleep without fan everyday. When we complained they even blamed us for complaining. Overall the staff was extremely rude, the rooms were extremely dirty. We were given stained bedsheets. I really don’t know how this hotel has such a good rating. Worst place to stay in Goa.

Hotel joaquim gave us the comfort and outstanding stay feeling with well furnished Rooms and restaurants service as well as good staff for Room service within a minutes.

This is the worst hotel in Goa. I stayed there for two days no bill was provided.. The owner come receptionist charged 1500 instead of 1000 provided in the app. He told he will refund after check out...he didn't give it to me and told OYO will refund it... And He gave me number through which I could contact oyo.. HE didnt provide any bill also.. HE tried to take my phone cunningly and tried to rate 5 stars to his hotel.He is a complete fraud. I don't know why Oyo entertain this kind of fraudsters. Please be careful this hotel is a fraud.

I am very unhappy to say that these resort (shane beach resort/hotel joaquim/ collection O 75600 / hotel oyo Aqualoravereum road / oyo 70040 hotel sea view are worst, if u will do the booking from oyo or any other booking website in these hotels using some coupon code and if it gets confirmed, they will not allow you to check in. The hotels manager during checkin will denie and will say no and say that rooms are all full while your booking is confirmed . Whenever u will ask offline what will be its price than they used to get settled for higher price and provide the rooms. What i felt that these hotels used to attract the customers from online booking (Oyo and others) which provides some kind of publicity for them and security during the offseason time but once the customer gets ready and try to check in they used to misbehave by saying ( yeh sasti booking wale hai inhe wait karao ya room mtt do) and insecure the customers mentally (also give mental torture)in public available nearby. During my last two booking from oyo the executive of it helped me a lot and provided rooms on the basis of there commitment on nearby hotels and i am deeply thankful to them. But one of my suggestion to oyo and other bookings apps is that please take the serious actions against hotels like them its because customer will directly/ indirectly will book the room but the reputation of booking company gets drowned and the persons used to avoid future booking from them. Also booking companies don’t get any profit from this as they always cant provide the room to customers from there own pockets. I am posting this review because i had faced the problems in these hotels and wanted to protect the other customers looking to com in Goa. It will be more better for you to directly book the rooms directly from the hotels as the bookings process from booking website will spoil ur mood after it gets denied from hotel end.
