NillStayed there in the 1st to 2nd week of Feb- great place, quiet- back part of the room opens to a serene green space. Lots of crows in the property.. staff is good and friendly. Worth the money one pays for it. Decent level of parking at the front of the property as well.

NillHad a very good experience of stay here.. Calm and Peaceful Stay.. 20 mins from Madgao Bus stand.. It's very close to Benalium Beach.. Rooms are spacious.. Good Facilities in the room.. Staff here is kind polite and helpful Only problem was no warm water
