Wort experience ever. Did a booking with Oyo. During checkin they will ask for extra money from you. Better call Oyo for hassles during checkin. After checking in the rooms are not as per the photos provided on Oyo. Dirty linens, no handwash in washroom. Bad odor in the room, AC was not working properly. After early checkout they won't provide refund, neither Oyo will provide refund.

Abusive receptionist, says no rooms available even after booked and paid full amount successfully. Don't visit this property trust me you gonna get brutally frustrated with their non sense staff. A guy named PRABHU and his uneducated, stupid, filthy braindead boss..No sense of talking to him (he says Go back where you came from. Very very pathetic and super idiotic staffs here...

Had a soreful experience, better to book rooms offline in Goa, you will get only offers online, not any rooms. I suggest book a room with railway, its affordable tarrif and no headaches, book prior so you get rooms without any hassle. Take bike or car on rent. Forget taking taxi and public transport is less effective here.

Ghatiya hotel, they can deny your online booking directly(I got booking from OYO) . - So Driking water available after one bottle, even if you are ready to pay for more bottle. They said purchase it from outside - No breakfast.. Even no restaurant - Not a single amenity, even wifi will not work on your room - had 4 windows in the room with transparent glass and normal cheap curtains(no privacy) - No hospitality

Fraud property. Guys will give u a good advice please dont book any place in goa through oyo! I was stranded with my family on the roads of goa at 12 midnight becos of these guys. There is some dispute between the hotels and oyo. We had booked this property 2 days prior to our visit. A guy named mithilesh confirmed that rooms are available and we can come at anytime. When we reached goa, we called him again that we are in the airport and we will reach in sometime. This mithilesh fellow told that yes, no problem rooms are there. FYI, THIS PROPERTY IS 30 KM FROM DABOLIM AIRPORT. So we travelled all the way to benaulim solely relying on the words of this fellow mithilesh. On reaching we couldn't find the property. So we called this guy again trhoigh ola, he said on our face that rooms are sold out now. Also, to mention here -we had already paid the booking fee. Such harassment. He had the audacity to tell us that watevee it is, it's between us and oyo and he cannot do anything. I hope this guy gets what he deserves on a personal level.

Guys, this property is not good for couples and groups. If you book this hotel and later on when you reach there, they will demand you for extra money and will spoil your whole mood and day, if you speak to oyo or goibibo or mmt or agoda customer care they will be taking around an hour to resolve your issue and after that, so called owner and receptionist will only give you room in another building where pillows are stinking, better stay away from this property and save your time and peace, they will give you headache. This property is listed on different portals by different names. Somehwere it's o capital somewhere it is some Grand and its full of tim waste, unprofessional staff

**This rating is for OYO, not for hotels These oyo rooms are completely fraud.. plz conform booking from hotel direct never go through oyo. I have made advance booking from oyo website for rooms in this hotel .. bit when i asked in hotel they say we can not give you rooms. Recently my friend also face this issue he suffered lot, He is also with family at last moment oyo cancelled the room. So plz double assure
