This property is fraud, please stay away from it. They secretly message you to make upfront payment and then they ask you to cancel booking from the online sources where you have booked the hotel. They take the payment and rooms are not fit for people to stay. It has cockroaches and not fit for stay. We had a horrible experience with family and we were out in mid night looking for accommodation with our son. Please stay away from this property.

This property is small but the rooms are quite large, Good for family of 5 to 6 members, pool is cleaned every morning, staff is helpful, location is prime, it's near to the ocean and the market of callungute. However, complains on bathroom, unreliable warm water because of solar heating system (monsoon kills it) works in other seasons. The toilet has no vertical space, anyone above 5'4 cannot do business standing there. Kitchen has no tap.

Very clean and pretty. Very polite friendly staff always willing to help. Excellent food at a low price. Near the beach. Excellent value for money. The manager was extremely kind and helpful to me.

Superb hospitality, amazing staff nature, never ever seen so kind behaviour of such nice staff. Quite impressive services given on time. Feel like home and so suspicious open space and one more thing whenever you need anything just call ashutosh srivastav bhaiya friendly manager.kuch bhi matlab kuch bhi chahiye Ye sab karke denga. Location At Walking distance from beaches 🏖️⛱️🌊. Easy to get any transport. Seriously loved the place. Coming again with love.💕💕

Staff were really courteous , they do know how to keep their guest happy, location was walkable distance to calangute beach , property is well maintained, neat and clean , food was very tasty

Nicely he made every thing and Specially " Ginger Tea for me..". 7.. It is my first time come to Goa . I am very happy the properties is very neat and clean the staf behaviour is very good. Food quality and taste is very good . Me and my friend satisfied for this trip 😊

Stay was good.. Staff was good. The room, ambience is really good.. Overall best property.. Next time i visit here again..
