Room is quite decent and okay but staff is very arrogant and specially the guest Mr Aman Soni was very much arrogant I dint recommend family to stay over there

I will share a detailed review.. When I first reached this place and saw all google reviews, I was very disappointed as I came along with my family, and we were a group of 7.. I was totally disappointed looking at the pictures, I spoke about this with the hotel manager, and he assured us we will have good service ... I was not convinced initially. However, everything turned out really well. Every staff member was very friendly. We had hot water all the time (maybe weater), rooms could have been neat and there are areas of improvement.. However, overall, we had a good experience. Property manager Bhandari made sure we had room sparys in place, and we had all the necessity till the end of the stay..

Even one rating is also not needed. We stayed in this hotel for 3 days in March. In one word this whole hotel is a scam. Don't believe in Google pictures.comimg to Hotel staff and owner or so called manager-> Worst behaviour I have ever seen . AC rooms with not working AC's. Don't believe their water sports activity package that's another scam. I simply say please avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful trip.

I went with my friends in March month. Room is ok but beds are bad, no proper plug points. Don't trust the photos that u see. The swimming pool that is shown is almost 700 meters from the hotel location and also it is open at specific timings. The rooms are not as good as it's shown in Google photos. Don't trust those. Even the hotel is very old. The hotel is over priced.

The hotel is not as shown in photos. Photos are of some other place and fake. There were ants in the room. Electricity was fluctuating continuously. No balcony no swimming pool only congested rooms. Go there only if you are going to sleep there but still ants will be there.

All images are fake. Nothing is good at this hotel. The pool is far (2km) from the hotel and it is also in bad conditions( tiles are broken which injured our feet wear shoes while you are in a pool for safety). Rooms are full of cockroaches and ants. Ac is not working properly (at 16 degree temperature It is not cooling at all). The main beach is also not near the hotel 3 km away. For every service they seek for money. No drinking water facilities available.

TLDR; Don't ever dare to book this hotel. The worst of worst accomodation, a big scam. In online it shows different rooms with rich in class but in reality yes you guessed. Rooms with ACs which aren't working, no swimming pool even it is listed on online. This guy owns multiple place which are actually misleading, don't ever trust the photos. If you wish to go swimming he'll take you to another hotel. The receptionist is very reckless, don't book for any water sport, that's also a scam, they just roam in open sea 😂. I rate this entirely -1000/10

No one should book this as this is totally dirty and congested. Not as per their commitment. Pictures shown in video are different. No hot water at all. Worth less. Absolutely disappointed. Its not hotel, its guest house
