Sea Bliss- By Coastal Stays

The hotel location is good. During our stay for 3 days they themselves don’t provide towel ,water or any other services. You have to beg them. Especially the manager Rakesh. Very bad behavior of the front desk. They have only on person to clean as well as service the entire 22 rooms, which is not at all possible . So to sum up the service is really really bad.

They are fraudsters, We made the booking online and made the payment but when we arrived at 3 am they denied check in to get more money. In the end they made an arrangement for us in a guest house for 2000 for 6 hours with their commission included. If you are making a plan to Goa stay away from this place.

We as a group stayed here for 3 days and it was worthwhile staying with Sea Bliss. Special mention to Front Desk Manager - Sunny Rathour who was present always to address the problems and provide the solutions. The only shortcoming I felt was their washrooms are small.

Do not trust theses people! We booked a stay with this hotel over booking.com and got a Reservation E-mail that confirmed our booking. But on our way to the hotel one day later, we suddenly get a WhatsApp message about how our Booking was cancelled due to non-payment of the advance, which they told us wasn’t necessary!! After us calling to ask about why this was happening, they offered help. But the only “help” they gave was to draft up a false E-Mail about not reciving any money to cover up the fact they broke a legal agreement with us by giving our room away. Don’t trust this hotel with your booking and definitely not with your money. They will scam you over in the wink of an eye, if it profits them a single Rupie.

I booked family suit as mention while booking there will be one double bed and 2 futon bed but not provided futon bed . Room service bell was not working . TV only for display not working They said electric kettle will be there for each room After after demanding they replied only one kettle for all room which is also dirty and not clean . No Hot water if u like to take bath before 9.00 am No dustbin in room . Best thing there was night bugs in bed Which will keep u awake full night Even not providing water bottle as well . Over all bad experience Location is only near to beach But no street light in light .

They don't provide all the facilities which they mention, We were in the hotel for 2days and the room was never cleaned, even after requesting them to clean the floor as there was sand evrywhr, they simply said we have to wait till next day and even that didn't happen. Pathetic experience.

It was really a great stay with Good Deal.. we had a good hospitality with Rakesh and Sapan. Would recommend this hotel
