Hotel Emerald Calangute

I don't recommend this property. Don't get fooled by fake positive reviews. Unorganized staff and very bed Customer service at front desk and from Fabhotel customer service department as well. Very poor room cleaning. Breakfast is very minimal. Hairs everywhere on bed and on floor. I booked for 3 nights and paid in full through FabHotel website one week before arrivals. When i arrived at 2am front desk said they don't accept any booking from FabHotel. So I took room as walk-in just for one night and paid upfront. I will recommend Bloomrooms@calangute hotel where I booked for remaining 2 nights.

Very nice property, well maintained, room service and all staff are very soft spoken. Mr. Dharmesh at the reception will make everything soo easy for you. Highly recommended for couples. Thankyou for the kind hospitality rivasa emerald.
