Casa Eternal Boutique Hotel

I recently stayed at Casa Eternal, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and luxury. The amenities, including the pool and dining area, were top-notch. A truly memorable experience – highly recommended!

Disappointing. I stayed at this hotel through a holiday service provider. Although it claims to be a 3-star property, it operates under 2-star conditions. While the location is good, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms, service, and even the breakfast were terrible, making my stay very unpleasant. The staff is highly irresponsible, and you have to ask for everything—nothing is provided proactively. They seem focused only on collecting money without delivering proper service. At check-in, the rooms were not ready, the locks were malfunctioning, and the rooms were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Basic amenities like toiletries, towels, a hairdryer, and a coffee maker were not provided unless specifically requested. The staff and their service were absolutely pathetic. Honestly, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel—it’s a complete waste of money.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Room service was unacceptably slow and fell far below basic standards. The reception staff displayed rudeness and arrogance, making the check-in process unnecessarily frustrating. Additionally, the AC in the room was non-functional, and despite several complaints, no action was taken to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, we discovered unwelcome guests in our accommodation—cockroaches running across the floor and bathroom. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone—it was a complete waste of money."

Highly Recommended! Casa Eternal Boutique is a fantastic place to stay! The rooms are elegant and spotless, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the ambiance is both luxurious and relaxing. Delicious breakfast and a great location make it even better. Will definitely return!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other options in Goa with better cleanliness and service. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. My experience at Casa Eternal Boutique Hotel was a major disappointment, and I will definitely not be returning.

All reviews might be written by them self, it’s just hotel for adjust stay, charges for everything. Food is only 2 items they will make and if ask something like Omlet and all they will limit even we are travelling with kids. Cockroaches are there in Dining area, and area also worst. Overall worst hotel to stay.

The reception staff was shockingly rude and arrogant, making the entire check-in process unpleasant. To make matters worse, the AC in the room didn’t work, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of money!"

Staffs are very polite ..Nice hotel in Calangute with Big pool neat and clean rooms..With cute balcony ..All major tourists place are near to the beautiful hotel ..We will definitely visit next time
