This is by far the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had — and I travel a lot. I had booked this hotel one week in advance and paid the full amount beforehand, clearly confirming with them that late-night check-in was allowed if payment was made in advance. THEY AGREED. But when I reached the hotel late at night after a long and tiring journey, these unprofessional people completely failed to honour their word. No proper communication, no support, and ZERO professionalism. I was left stranded in the middle of the night because of their carelessness. Disgusting service and extremely poor hospitality. If you have even a little bit of self-respect and value your time and money, STAY AWAY from this hotel. They LIE at the time of booking, take your money, and then treat you like you're a burden. This hotel doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I wish there was an option for negative rating. Shame on such management and staff. Very UNSAFE FOR WOMAN!! we didn't know that there were something else happening.

One of the worst room I ever sawnin my life. 1. They demanded amount before landing there.. 2 They give fake commitments, 3. They never clean the rooma before alloting to guests. 4. Kitchens are un hyginic. 5. Wash rooma are not cleaned. They even not cleaned previous guest used item in bathrooms such as shaving machines, sanitary pads. 6 They never provide basic bathrooms essential towls, soaps extra. 7. Management is very rude once you pay the money. 8. They never any place. They only push their business. 9.

It was the worst experience experience I ever had with my hotel booking and reason for this are 1. I booked a stay through bookings.com and selected option for pay at the property but he demanded advance money as soon as I confirmed the property on booking.com 2. The rooms were totally different than what they show in their pics. 3. Rooms were extremly dirty . 4 linen was unwashed/dirty. 5. They never cleaned Dust bins kept at room entrance which was stinking very badly. 6 There were big rats in the room. 7 They don't even provide basic amenities like bathroom essentials and towels etc 8 Their receptionist and staff shows extreme attitude. 9. Only good thing is it's location which is 1.4 km from beach.

Worst room.... unhygienic bedsheet and pillow covers....room is very old and scary. Equipment doesn't works...waste of money. plz don't visit

Worst experience staff & management are not helpful.Unhygienic room rude behaviour by hotel management. Literally had the horrible experience with this hotel. Not gonna visit this place not safe for women n youngsters and they will ask for extra money while checking out.

The photos of this apartment available on Booking.com are very misleading. The apartment in real life is not up to the mark. Keeping high expectations from this property is pointless.
