The place is just superb. No complaints. All staffs were very cooperative. Didn't face any troubles. A very good budget friendly stay with easy access to most of the good places. Will surely come back to stay there.

At a time of booking said it Is purely family restaurant but midnight bachelor came to door and knock again and again. I didn't saw family in 2 days. On the name of gst bill took extra money but not provided it. TV and landline not in working. Very poor service, can't go again there

Good to stay. Rooms are small but good enough. Most of the rooms have balcony. Round the clock hot water and power back up. Housekeeping is OK. Reception and hotel staff are good and polite. There is a small swimming pool, I have not used. Morning breakfast is not good. Lunch and dinner we have not tried. For any car rental, day trips , or other travel packages , it is better to discuss with reception. They will arrange as per requirements with good rates. We have booked through them only. Overall this hotel is good enough for the money.

family safety and peaceful service specifically thanks to all staff very excellent service one of the best well maintained sea face resort of north Goa. rooms are renovated and well designed. Reception staff is always helpful and very friendly. Check in / check out process very smooth. Bike rentals gate. Swimming pool is also well maintained . Breakfast is also have great varieties. Restaurant and Bar also serve quality products at very reasonable prices.

Not at a prime location but a very peace full place. Very much co-operative staff. Rooms are relatively small but they are neat and clean. All the equipment like AC and TV are working absolutely fine. The bar and restaurant is very costly. Never a good option to try. But don't skip breakfast as it is very good and unlimited and it is complimentary. On a reception you ll see a very beautiful girl, she is very helpful and nice person but don't expect anything else. I have added one extra star because of her.😊 Enjoy the stay and the beer... CHEERS...!🍻

I loved the place and planing to come again. Below are the things I like 1. It's in calm place away from rush and mob places. 2. Property is full of trees. 3. Rooms are cozy and every room got balcony. I was not expecting that, was happy to sit in balcony in mornings. 4. Staff is very caurtious and warm. They support in a best way. Ma'am in reception is very helpful. 5. Swimming pool is there. It's small but good. My wife enjoyed swimming there. 6. They got there own parking. So no issue for parking. Cons : 1. We were there for three days and complimentary breakfast was upma and toast only nothing else. Tea was very bad. I didn't ordered tea for room service so can't comment exactly. Though we ordered chicken and veg biryani for lunch in room that was pretty good with reasonable price. So I highly recommend for family trip. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Rooms were good enough to stay at night, cost is not cheap not high, location is very near to famous beaches, there are some supermarket and hotels nearby..staff were co-operative.

Visited this hotel in the month of November '17, Stayed 3 days. The Rooms was good and clean. Room Cleaning service was also good and very much on time. Though They don't provide free breakfast you need to pay extra for the Breakfast as well as for the morning tea and coffee. Located very close to beach, should definitely try if you are looking for budget hotel.
