Lillywoods NV beach Resort

This property is extremely disappointing in every aspect. There’s no option for zero stars, but that’s what this place deserves. The layout is poorly planned, with narrow and uncomfortable passageways to the rooms. The rooms themselves are average at best, and the bathrooms are subpar and poorly maintained. The only redeeming quality is its proximity to the beach, but even that doesn’t make up for the rest. The staff are unhelpful, unresponsive, and seem indifferent to guest concerns, often refusing even basic requests. Overall, this is a place to avoid.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Straight from arriving to the property thru narrow streets and no access to vehicles via road. We were asked to walk thru bushes on the beach lined up with shoddy huts for 5 mins. before we could even access the property. The rooms were shady. Pictures do NOT tell the real story. 5 Stray dogs charged me when I was walking to my room only to find out later that they were protecting the property owner who lives behind/around the property. Residents had their clothes drying outside on the balcony and no, there were not beach clothes. Felt like a shanty town run by mafia with misleading pictures on the web. We ended up staying at Hard Rock later since everything else was booked for Christmas. Had to paid a hefty amount We had made this reservation thru a travel agent in New Delhi who refused to provide any refund and then stopped picking up our calls all together. Place is awesome along with nearby beach view . The problem is when you plan to stay in room for quiet period of time you do always have current fluctuations,so it’s better to turn on ac when you leave out. The staffs were good and service was nice

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This is not a reflection of the quality deserving of a 1-star rating, but I feel compelled to give it that due to Google's policies. The furniture is outdated, and the rooms are in need of renovations. Additionally, their response to online bookings is unacceptable; there's no direct communication despite the reliance on online services. NO BREKFAST NO HOT WATER NO BASIC ROOM NEEDS DOORS AND CURTAINS ARE VERY DIRTY NO STAFF, OR HELPERS ARE SEATED AT THE RECEPTION ROOM WATER LEAKAGE AND ALSO BATHROOM DRAIN WATER BLOCKED I WOULD SUGGEST DONT BOOK ROOM HERE ONLY MONEY WEST

ONE of the worst experience ever Recommend Please dont book any rooms in this hotel as It was rediculous experience staying Lillywoods NV beach resort Calangute Reception dont know about Manager contact no or property owner, I was surprised for this point We booked 2 rooms online If booked hotel rooms from online portal, you will not get any service here, Receptionist direct says plz contact to online porter if any issues Manager not available No helper No hot water No water in flush No cleanliness in room No landline No breakfast Drainage blocks was severe In simple words - It is Buckwaaas

Hopless service no maintenance less staff no coordination between staff leakage in rooms leakage from ac very bad experience. Location is awesome but just because of bad management wrong investment

Best place to have School and College reunions. This place is just next to the Sea with good Shacks next to it. Highly recommended.

The location is superb. The room is also beautiful. The staff is quite helpful. Loved the stay here.
