I just wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent room service during our recent stay at Calyx grand in The staff was courteous, prompt, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was kept clean and well-stocked throughout, and any requests we had were handled quickly and efficiently. It truly made our vacation more comfortable and enjoyable. Looks like they have renovated this hotel. Looks really nice from outside but when you come to the room everything is quite old. Right from the electric kettle to the fan… EVERYTHING IS OLD!!! We came here looking the hotel from outside and reviews in google.. But the real problem started after the check in… found bed bugs, broken kettle, AC which did not work properly. Broken towel rack in the bathroom even the commode and sink was broken.. Very disappointed!!! There is nothing that i can say positive about this hotel..

Excellent stay and services were good. Front off staff very polite and helpful. Fnb staff very nice. All staff are good food very tasty. We were in group of 28 we all enjoyed and definitely recommend to other also we will definitely come back again. Room are neat and clean. .................thanks to calux Grand inn team.

All services were good specially all staff very helpful food very tasty rooms are neat and clean and all housekeeping staff are good, restaurants Akash and his team managing with few staff very well. Food very tasty. Front office staff pratamesh,Jeevan John, was him and Supriya , maintaince staff attend all job Odets on time. very helpful thanks to all for making our stay very good and we will definitely come back again with family.

The service of restaurant is good. It provides the all services like food cleaning and all daily needs things at the proper time. The behaviour of staff is very softly. I like all the services nd the taste of food is also good. Thanq for this.😊
