FabHotel Casa Kiara With Pool Side Bar, Calangute

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are tiny and fail to meet expectations. The online photos grossly misrepresent the actual accommodations. The swimming pool and dining area are also incredibly small. The complimentary breakfast menu is severely limited, offering only one or two items. To add insult to injury, the hotel lacks basic amenities like soap, dental kits, shampoo, and towels. The room bells don't work, and service staff are nowhere to be found. The only drawback is the hotel's secluded location, far from Calangute. Overall, I feel the hotel is unfairly charging guests without providing even the most basic facilities."

I don’t even know where to start with this room. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with a musty smell that immediately made me want to leave. The room itself looked NOTHING like the pictures online. It was tiny, cramped, and the furniture was so old it looked like it came from a thrift store that’s been around for decades. The bed? Completely uncomfortable—like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The sheets were stained (don’t ask me what those stains were), and the pillows were so flat, they might as well not have been there at all. I had to ask for extra pillows just to get through the night. The bathroom was even worse. The shower had mold growing in the corners, and the water pressure was laughable. I couldn’t even get the water hot enough to enjoy a decent shower—just lukewarm dribbles for the entire duration. The towels were thin and scratchy, and I couldn’t believe they thought that was acceptable for a hotel. To make matters worse, the walls were paper-thin. I could hear every word from the next room and the hallways. I didn’t get a single good night of sleep during my stay. This room was an absolute dump, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I expected way more for the price I paid. Save your money and go somewhere else.

- Stinky bathroom - Dirty & filthy pool. When asked the manager/owner of property, he blames other guests for the dirtyness. - No.wifi in the rooms, if required you have to go to the balcony or lobby. - No TV channels are subscribed, you have to ask the owner/manager to get the channel subscribed whatever you want to see. - Arrogant behavior of manager. When complaint made to Fab for the problems, he asked us to take the refund and check out.

I had a wonderful stay at FabHotels. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and responsive, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety. Overall, a great experience with excellent value for money. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Good rooms nit and clean. Perfect for stay in goa. Breakfast options can be increased. But taste what is provided is good. Owner lady is soft spoken along with Jony Roy and cleaaning staff. Good place for family.

I stayed here for six days, and it was fantastic! Great value for money, perfect for families with clean rooms and a spotless pool. The hospitality was excellent, and Sagar was very helpful. Highly recommend!
