Don't go to this hotel even by mistake also. This hotel/resort is good for nothing. 1. Building is looks good from outside but old inside. 2. There is no discount, and staff behave's like 5 star hotel. 3. Rules like hostel. 4. No existing fan, no towel hanger, water comes very very slow, no proper lights in bathroom/toilet. 5. After we asked they provided shampoo(expired last year). 6. Bedsheet and duvet is very old, which already torn. 7. No drinking water, no glasses, no cigarette ashtrey, no chairs, no table, no doormats, etc. 8. Air conditioning is not working properly and keeps making beep sound full night.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had an unpleasant smell. There was no hot water available, taps in bathroom are not working, which made things very uncomfortable. The worst part was the attitude of the staff—especially the receptionist, who was not only unhelpful but also rude, often bluffing instead of addressing issues seriously. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful experience

Worst service i ever experienced. The room condition is very bad. there was no proper curtains, and first time i am seeing the room without a single chair for sitting. The room has a TV but there was no remote and its was not functioning. bathroom is big but they haven’t provided a bucket or not even a mug. No proper maintenance. Bathroom door was in a bad condition to open/close and there is some leaking pipes also. The provided soap was bitten by a rat or something. The wifi is for a name sake. Special thanks for the chef and his helper for delicious breakfast (poori,uppmav,kurma curry,idli,dosa,vada) and dinner (rice,chicken curry, dal curry, rotti) we conveyed the appreciation directly to him also.

Very worst hotel. Who is managing the hotel trying to make money from customers by cheating way like material damage etc ,. They weren't given the cleaned bed sheets, no pillows. Advice is don't stay with this hotel else you need to pay an additional amount. They are making a fine amount unreasonable. The reception lady's way of speaking is very bad.
