this property doesnt deserve 1 star also worst property. not able to provide even hot water dirty bathroom request to not visit such types of hotels first they take your money while checking and later they dont provide services manger is localide so sometimes he do dadagiri also. no parking available. no water available. swimming pool water is very dirty. no laundry. bedesheets are dirty this is my first ever bad review for such hotel room stinks and please dont go on photos they give you humble request dont book

The worst hotel... Deserves 0 stars. The room was very dirty, full of cockroaches and mice, there was no house arrangement. Both the receptionist and the owner are rowdy in nature and sometimes even drunk, there is no use talking to them. I paid for 5 days in advance, so no cancellations, no refunds given. Not staff assistants. I had to leave the hotel despite the advance payment. Cockroaches could be seen on the floor. The rooms smelled, the bedsheets were dirty, there was no space for parking a 4 wheeler.

It was my worst experience ever been in my life. When i reached there nobody was there on reception. I tried my best to reach them continuous fone calls and all that. After 45 minutes obe lady came and completed our checkin. Room were not clean. service was not good. television was not in working condition. My suggestion is don't go in this hotel.

Worst experience, rooms are different then the pictures, location is hard to find huge distance between reception and property, very old style property don't go, And Pillows are dirty too. No towels, no bath soap. Not safe for family it's very lonely place

Location is good: 2+ km to Calangute and Baga beaches, nearby restaurants and shops available. Room is basic, tv won't work, no bucket or mug, toilet too small, no towel, soaps etc. The closet had some stains and cleaning ladies didn't care to wash it even after us requesting, they said those are permanent but got removed after we flushed a few times!! The major problem we faced was the hotel doesn't have power backup. Post 11.30 pm at night there were frequent power outages mostly due to short circuit or something from AC usage. Till 1.30am we faced the issue and then slept due to tiredness. It was a really bad experience. Next day the caretaker/owner told us it's a common issue faced in all hotels in Goa (we didn't face this problem in the hotel we took the next day)!! Even while vacating the next day, there was no electricity from 10am. Take care to ask about the power backup, basic amenities (towel, toileteries, bucket etc) and cleanliness before you make the room booking. Otherwise the hotel is good due to its location and the exteriors are also maintained pretty well.. Rent paid: Rs. 1800
