We book a 2 room apartment which was top class...clean and everything is set perfectly..prices were so nice...reception staff was so friendly & well manner... Specially d room service guy mamdul...we defenetly stay here again...family must stay here tension free

Worst experience in this home stay We booked for the two nights but the service was so horrible and the staff behaviour was very unprofessional and arrogant. They don't provide water glass, tissue, toilet paper, wifi nothing I mean who does that . I had asked for warm water and he brought some smelly water with very bad odour ,the staff is always on personal call and doesn't even bother to listen to customer request and complain , they just say it's not like other hotel and they have seperate ridiculous rule .I wish I could upload the picture of the staff and the room. I will never waste money on a room like that again, horrible customer service. I would like to request everyone please don't waste your hard earned money for staying here ..Torn bedsheets ,smelly pillows etc another great service to mention of this amazing property existing in different planet...To sum up I am very very disappointed with the service and don't want anyone to suffer the same ...It's a pure and genuine review..thanks

Very arrogant and unprofessional staff. Terrible customer service. No wifi and no proper hygiene. They don't provide plates and glass. Reception staff is constantly on personal call and we have to personally come to reception for anything. There is much scope for improvement. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed for 4N in here. It was great and comfortable stay. Rooms are very clean, Have AC, small balcony and they have added string for wet colths or others. Location is quite. Plus point is restaurants, shops of scooty on rent, bus stand are nearby. Perfect place for your budget friendly trip. They gave water bottle box of 20 bottles while checking in (paid). Toiletries Only thing was missing (as per my cousin).

Rooms are very neat and clean. Located near calangute Market and beach. Good for comfortable stay.

Terrible Experience in this property. No power backup, they have inverters and not generators. You might have a good power backup at your home compared to this stupid homestay that has only 15 minutes as backup. The owner isn't polite at all and has a very rough tone of speaking. By all means he will deny any shortcoming in this homestay. Also, they will charge you for water that you consume, I mean cmon, who charges for water in a hotel? The AC doesn't cool properly as well. They might be cheap, but trust me guys we had the most terrible Experience of our lives in this home stay. I was shocked to see good reviews at first and how they contradicted with the actual scenario. We were a couple and these guys made our Goa memory a horrific one from a stay perspective. I would urge all to look for other options instead.
