Absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The staff was incredibly welcoming with beautifully. the room is very spacious n clean. the room is very big made movement within the room very convenient.the bed was big n very comfortable.fantastic location.We had an amazing time exploring the beautiful surroundings. making our trip even more memorable with the hotel. *Highly recommend for explore this place! "All staff are loveable n polite". "Mostly receptionist is too good like friendly".

The best hotel in Calangute is The Resorts. The ambition here is very good.... The rooms and washing facilities are very clean, the staff is very helpful and overall my experience was great. I would suggest that if you are planning a trip to Goa and are thinking of staying in North Goa, you should definitely visit Resort The Cross Road. It is a very nice hotel.

A special mention to satish, from the front desk was extremely welcoming and professional.his friendly demeanor and efficiency made the check-in. their impeccable service and attention to detail. My room was always spotless, and their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay did not go unnoticed. overall experience seamless. The hotel is very good for long staying. The staff is very co operative. Near to beach within 300 mtr. You may go to beach by foot. I recommend it 5/5.

Very comfortable and best stay in Goa. Very friendly stay, delicious food. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Really recomend this property. Thank yor for making our stay pleasant.

I felt very relaxed staying in this property. Rooms are big and can accommodate three to four people easily . The buffet served was yummy . The air conditioning is perfect . You can easily book a private car in the property for sightseeing the drivers are well experienced . To reach Mopa airport is 30 to 40 min . The pool is perfectly sized. The property is very close to the beach . Over all 10/10 to the management and owners .

Had a worst experience. We booked 1 room for 2 nights in this hotel, rooms were stinking and staffs were not cooperative so guests walked out from the hotel, not even stayed there. But hotel refused to give the refund. We had requested for the refund for atleast 1 day or give the credit note for 2 days but they have denied. Worst service by the management and staffs. We lost full amount. Not recommended at all. Very very bad

Property is good location is good but the service bhai bina puche ye log room mai ghuss jaate h service k name pe if you and your partner is visiting here bhai mt aao privacy zero h ye bnde serf early checkin direct booking valo ko dete h but if you are coming from long journey to ye log to apko room denge nhi you just have one option left to wait as you already book it from app. Sbse bdi mistake thee meri ki i book this hotel
