Small rooms but good washrooms. For two hour early check in and for half day late check out they charged almost for extra two days together. Rajesh in reception was helpful but otherwise I felt they are not looking for any repeat customer

It was a very bad experience with this hotel. The rooms were not having lock, service for food or any other requirements was damn slow they take their own time, TV in rooms were not working, no glass or cup provided in room it was given when asked 3 times. The receiption lady Bengali was too rude and when doing check out didn't gave leverage of 1 hour as we were doing shopping and she called 3 times to vacate the room so my wife has to hire a tax and go to hotel to check out. I would recommend to check for other option.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The rooms were neat and clean, with adequate size and all necessary facilities. However, room service is not provided by default; we had to inform for it at the reception. The service was great. All the staff members were friendly and competent enough to do there job. The location is convenient. Calangute Beach is just a 6-7 minute ride by two-wheeler, and the market area is only a 5-minute walk away. Although we checked out around 11 a.m., our flight was in the evening. They were kind enough to allow us to stay on the premises until our departure.

Nice place to have a pleasant stay. I have been for 4 days last week and had good fun and the food is really good. The hospitality of the management is great. Rooms are neat with a luxurious bed. The pool is so clean and you just can't stop jumping in it immediately. Specifically couples will have memorable days staying in Bay Boutique.

It was totally amazing experience. All the staffs were too kind. The location is quite near to all the main beaches, also it has a walking distance approach to Calangute beach. Especially Robin (one of the staff) was too helpful to us. Overall a budget friendly cool place to stay.

It was a amazing experience. Staff were very nice and responsive. The rooms are well maintained. All amenities as shown in booking site. Could have been a bit more near beach. Nothing more to improve. Yes the food burns a hole in pocket.

The rooms are smelly, no toiletries are provided! Room size is good but there is bad smell inside the room 😷😞 Also breakfast was not good , we stayed for 3 nights but all 3 days breakfast was not up to the mark, so avoid taking breakfast there.. you will get plenty of options for breakfast nearby! The only good point was beach was around 300m away so you can enjoy beach time!
