I recently stayed at Shalom Indus Residency in Goa for a 7-day family vacation, and it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We appreciated how peaceful the surroundings were, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle while still being easily accessible to key areas. The rooms were spacious, clean, making our stay comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the tropical weather. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The property also had a lovely pool where we spent a lot of our afternoons relaxing. The in-house dining was delicious, offering a good variety of food which the whole family enjoyed. Overall, Shalom Indus Residency provided an enjoyable and relaxing stay, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a quiet yet convenient place to stay in Goa.

Rooms are neat... Food is decent... Sea Food & Tandoor items are only available in menu card but not when you order... Candle light dinner arrangement was really good which was thoughtfully done by Jaanvi mam... but dinner was ok ok... except for Lassi and Chinese which were pathetic...

Extremely disappointing experience with the worst hospitality ever. The staff was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, completely disregarding guest requests. Despite repeated requests, there was no room service provided. The rooms were filthy and unhygienic, adding to the discomfort. The staff displayed a lack of cooperation and courtesy, making the stay highly unpleasant. Overall, a dreadful experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

“We recently traveled from Ahmedabad to Goa and stayed at Hotel Shalom Indus Residency. The restaurant/bar manager and the service there were excellent, making our dining experience enjoyable. However, the receptionist and room service did not meet our expectations. We faced a very disappointing experience with room service, and the lady at the reception was not helpful with our luggage drop-off. Overall, while the dining experience was great, the front desk and room service need improvement.”

Good location ..staff are very helpful. Good service especially food was so delicious. We enjoyed alot. We have purchased Brand kingdom deal booklet for 2 days and 2 nights. It was so helpful for us to stay in goa peacefully.

It was great trip. Hotel are very good. It was amazing stay. Services are very good. Staff of the hotel and food was very good. My team members are so happy to stay here and enjoying at hotel. Pools are neat and clean. We have a great fun here.
